In the back of the villa you can relax in your garden overlooking a unique landscape: the Menorquin countryside. Villa La Encina consists of 2 floors: on the ground floor we will enjoy a spacious living room with modern and comfortable decoration overlooking the pool from its large windows, a new design kitchen fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, a bathroom complete with shower and a colonial style double bedroom, with access to the garden, always accompanied by lots of light, the main feature of the house. On the upper floor, we find a spacious and bright suite overlooking the sea, exquisite modern decoration contrasted by the warmth of the wood, equipped with a full bathroom covered with ceramic mosaic of 1st quality coral color with whirlpool bath and an elegant dressing area in addition to 2 DOUBLE rooms of contemporary design, with large fitted wardrobes as in all rooms and exit to the viewpoint. Finally a full bathroom with shower and modern tiling. The villa has private outdoor parking for 3 vehicles. Its location is strategic as it is located a few steps from the LAKE of CALA'N BOSCH, a busy area and point of reference in the area for its facilities: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops , pharmacy, health center, yacht club, leisure center, ect. Why they chose this property

The house is built on a plot of 800 meters, it is 135 square metres large and it has got two floors, 67,5 square meters on each floor. It was built in April 2009 and updated in 2014 with high quality materials. It has got a garden with a swimming pool; the garden is fenced, the swimming pool is not.
The house is furnished and well equipped; the house has got sleeping accommodation for eight persons, and it also has two travel cots available. It hasn’t got air conditioning.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom and two other bedrooms with two single beds each. There is a second bathroom on the same floor. On the ground floor there are four bedroom with two single beds, a large living room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. All bedrooms have a wardrobe.

The address is: Carrer de mal passar nº28, a quiet residential area only a few minutes’ walk from Cala’n Bosch. Not only will you find a nice beach there to relax and swim, but it also has got plenty of facilities such as shops, supermarkets, chemists, health care facilities, car and boat renting agencies, etc, as well as all kinds of restaurants and bars where you will be able to enjoy the evening and night.
