SEA, CALM and SUPERB VIEW

The superb view of the sea, changes with the tides, and you never get tired of looking at it. The apartment consists of an entrance, living room of 28m2, looking out onto a loggia of 13m2.
Very confortable furnished. 2, big bedrooms, each with it own bathroom, with WC and a bidet. One is equipped with a bed of 160 with 2, separate mattresses, looking out onto the sea. The other bedroom has 2, separate beds, that can be brought closer together. The kitchen is very spacious, and completely equipped.
You have at your disposition a WIFI, air condition in all of the rooms, also, 2 televisions, an overflowing swimming pool of 22meters, and a small children pool.

Luxury it is not!

This is a fairly modern apartment in a well kept complex with a lovely gardens and view to the Ria Formosa. But like many holiday properties it is becoming rather "tired". The bed linen and towels are old and need replacing and it seems that they are not laundered professionally but done in the washing machine in the apartment. That said the mattresses were OK.The dishwasher is old and the facia so worn that you cannot read the settings and it needed salt and rinse aid. The cooker oven also needed cleaning. The power tripped every time you turned the electric kettle on! Obviously the RCD for the 120v supply cannot handle sudden demand for over 2kWh! There were no toiletries or hand soap provided and we had to buy detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. The weekly cleaning service was limited to having the bed linen changed and towels replaced. But the old towels were never taken away to be laundered! The floors were never washed and the rug in the lounge had not been hoovered for years!The WiFi was good 200Mbps but no Netflix or other streaming services, so bring your own Chromecast, Roku etc. It is a 42inch Samsung TV with x2 HDMI sockets.All told a bit underwhelming for the cost, but Fuseta is a good place to base yourself in.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Sie entsprach genau dem Inserat. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool eignet sich sehr gut zum „Bahnen“ schwimmen, da er recht lang ist.Highlight ist sicher der Blick vom Balkon - unbeschreiblich schön - auf die Ria Formosa.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Herrlicher Blick auf die Ria Formosa und die vorgelagerte Insel. Schöner Pool. Wohnung sehr schön und umfangreich ausgestattet. Klimaanlagenproblem im Schlafzimmer wurde schnell behoben.

Local maravilhoso!

A propriedade é excelente. Tem tudo o que necessita para passar uma ótima semana de férias. A vista para a ria é maravilhosa, a piscina super agradável, apesar do estrado à sua volta necessitar de ser reparado. O único aspeto que me desagradou foi o não cumprimento do horário do check in, uma vez que ainda estavam a começar a limpar o apartamento. No entanto, o que me deixou ainda mais descontente foi a D. Sónia, que nos recebeu, dizendo que no dia do check out tínhamos de deixar o apartamento até às 12h e nesse dia às 9h35 min a empregada da limpeza estar a tocar à porta e depois a D Sónia dizer que não se lembrava de ter dito que podíamos estar até as 12h. Foi muito desagradável! Como já referi a propriedade é ótima, mas quem faz o check in e o check out tem de ser verdadeiro e profissional.

Marvellous stay in a beautiful location

I couldn’t be more complimentary about the apartment. It was perfect. As other reviewers have said, one never tired of watching the ever-changing view of the tidal area and the comings and goings of the cocklers. Fuseta has its own charm: a low-key, typically local village, with enough restaurants to get your grilled fresh fish every night. Ferries and taxi boats over to the beach on the Atlantic side. And the apartment has everything you need and more, in a delightfully tranquil spot, with a lovely private pool and garden for residents. We spent an idyllic week, and hope to be back sometime soon.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire et bien décoré. Un chemin permet d'aller à pied à la plage de Fuzeta. L emplacement du logement est au calme et nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Why they chose this property

Love is at first sight for this place, it has became our residence
principal. The apartment is of a big comfort with a exceptional
view on the beautiful natural marine park of the "Ria-Formosa",
very calm but near the center of a typical fishing village. A few
hundred meters separate you from nice simple restaurants, not
expensive and shopping areas near by. The first beach (protected from waves) and the harbor is 500 meters. And the
big beaches are accessible by ferry boat in a few minutes. If you
interested in golf, you have many golf courses near by, one about 10 minutes from the apartment. If you have a car, you have many, many choices of beautiful promenades. You can also
take the train that follows the coast from Faro to Tavira. The train station is about 300 meters by foot from the apartment.
