Great condo - perfect for 2! Everything was exactly as described - the view from the balcony is everything you need. Owners were helpful and very responsive to anything we asked. This was a great location for a relaxing beach trip. Would happily stay here again!

This was our second visit through this Host and will not be the last.. The individual Condo was extremely clean as well as the building in general.The view was spectacular and being on the top floor is definitely a perk.Communication between us and the Hosts was easy and I do not how it can be fine tuned. Any question we had were answered immediately or within minutes of asking.No matter where you are traveling from, this Condo is worth the trip.Enjoy.

Great unit with accurate description of property. The condo was a bit dated, which was disclosed in listing but priced accordingly. Great view from the top floor and unit was very clean. The actual check-in with the building office to get parking pass was a little clunky and we were disappointed the Sunset Grill was closed for our entire stay but outside of that our stay was great. There was some updates being done in other parts of the building so there was some construction activity but didn't really impact our stay much. The owners were easy to work with and provided us with a really nice stay. This property is far enough down the strip to avoid super busy beach area. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking for relaxing beach with fantastic views.

Property was in a perfect location, the view was amazing. Hosts were very accommodating. The beach equipment could use an upgrade. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time at the property for our anniversary week. Every thing was as described.guest and employees were very nice. Naples,fort Myers and Everglades all were in reasonable driving distance.

This property is incredible! My mom is in a wheelchair/walker & we were a bit worried that being all the way up on the 10th floor may be difficult, but everything was great! Perfect condo, clean & of course that view! Loved every minute of our stay & we look forward to coming back!

Great location at the south end of the Island. Beautiful wide beach with access from the condo building. Several beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers in the outside closet came in very handy! The sunsets are like you see on the postcards. Would not hesitate to stay here next time.

The view was 5 stars, but the condo itself is about 2.5 stars. Advertised as a 4 person condo, but only 3 available bath towels. One of the counters, that is conveniently not pictured is literally a painted piece of wood. It served our needs as a place to sleep and keep our stuff dry while we were at the beach. Sunset view from balcony made up for what the condo was lacking.

We are a fully stocked unit. Many extra towels, sheets and blankets are located in the hall closet and the bedroom chest. A simple text could have solved your problem instead of resulting in an invalid complaint.
