For the benefit of future guests, we would like to provide context. When we checked in with you after arrival, you let us know that everything was going great. Later in the stay, you reported seeing three roaches over the course of your visit, which our team took seriously. However, the review posted afterward describes conditions far beyond what was communicated to us at the time and is not consistent with our inspection records, cleaning standards, or routine property care. This condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival and is maintained on a regularly scheduled professional pest control plan, including recent service. While isolated pest sightings can occasionally occur in Florida’s coastal climate, our team is always prepared to respond promptly when concerns are reported during a stay. We remain confident in the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall integrity of this condo, and we will continue the procedures we have in place to ensure future guests can book with confidence.
