2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Townhouse, Sleeps 4 in beds, plus a blow up mattress is available. NO ELEVATORS to hinder your days; covered carport great for grilling dinner on those evenings when you just want to stay in after soaking up all of the late evening sun; walk just 10 steps from carport to the beautiful pool area and grass filed courtyard that is great for kids and adults alike; Master bedroom has queen size bed and a flat screen TV, second bedroom has two twin beds --great for the kids! Gulf view balcony on each floor!!

An Alabama born and raised girl, I grew up spending my summers in Gulf Shores. As a transplant to 'Landlocked Tennessee', I, along with my family, count down the days until our next trip to the salty Gulf air and our little home away from home at Gulfside Townhomes.
My sweet dad, a lover of the Alabama Gulf Coast, bought this property just a few short years before he passed away suddenly at the age of 55. He fancied himself the Mayor of Gulfside Townhomes and loved this property and the location better than anywhere else in the world. He actually bought this unit specifically because it was the closest to the pool and he dreamed of being able to watch his grandkids swim while he enjoyed a cold beer on the balcony. Although he never got to see them swim in the pool, he can rest assured that they love the pool and we hope that it will be enjoyed by our family for generations to come.

Why they chose this property
Gulfside Townhomes is conveniently located to almost anything you'd want to do while in Gulf Shores! This property is a short walk down the newly installed sidewalks to the updated Gulf Shores Public Beach Park or to the ever-popular Hangout. The locals favorite convenience store, Pier 33, is just across the street so that extra bag of ice you might need or the piping hot South Alabama boiled peanuts are a stones throw away!
What makes this property unique
There is no other property in Gulf Shores like Gulfside Townhomes. A unique horseshoe-shaped complex with only 40 units with 250 feet of beach front. For visitors, that means even at peak summer season, the pool will never be full, the beach never too crowded and like so many people that vacation here, you get to know your neighbors and even become friends. The complex is super family friendly and with no elevators to hinder your days. You'll enjoy being able to walk right down to the pool and courtyard area and being just steps away from the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world! (In my humble opinion!)
