the house, of about 70 square meters, has large outdoor spaces with garden, equipped with reclining deck chairs (and 2 tilting), 3-seater rocking chair, a large extendable table with wooden chairs under a covered veranda overlooking the sea, another metal support table, outdoor kitchen covered by a roof, with sink. heated outdoor shower, a green lawn facing the sea. The interiors, newly renovated and comfortable, have a double bedroom with spring mattresses, wardrobes, shoe rack and chest of drawers with mirror, another room with 2 comfortable beds, one of which with a new latex mattress (the second pull-out bed with comfortable spring mattress) and slats with wooden slats, chest of drawers, mirror and wardrobe. Living room with brand new double sofa bed, an extendable wooden table with 6 chairs, a newly installed modular kitchen, also equipped with a dishwasher, dishes, glasses and various dishes; there is also an electric espresso coffee machine with capsules supplied, a 32-inch LCD TV with satellite decoder, air conditioning. The completely renovated bathroom has a shower with a metal box and a washing machine. The two bedrooms have ceiling fans with controls next to the beds.

Great experience !

A great stay in a quiet residence just a 3-minute walk from a beautiful cove, quite large, with lovely fish to watch. Very pleasant place! Ideal for families with children. The entrance to the Zingaro park is also within walking distance. Pleasant house with garden, very well equipped and beautiful sea view. Nunzio was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation vorab und der Check-in (persönlich) haben reibungslos funktioniert, sogar ein früherer Check-in/-out war möglich. Besonders gefreut hat uns die großzügige Erstausstattung mit Obst, Getränken und Nudeln – vielen Dank dafür! Die Lage mit schönem Blick aufs Meer ist ideal: nur wenige Minuten zu dem kleinen Strand, den man bequem durch die Anlage erreicht. Im August leider, wie vermutlich überall, extrem voll. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und im Garten laden bequeme Möbel zum Entspannen ein. Einzig die etwas kleinen Duschtücher könnten größer ausfallen, ansonsten war alles top.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage bei Scopello. Vor allem der Außenbereich des Appartments ist traumhaft: der Blick aufs Meer, verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, die Hollywood-Schaukel, die Außendusche und immer weht ein laues Lüftchen.

Soluzione ideale per visitare la Riserva dello Zingaro. Descrizioni di casa e contesto assolutamente accurate. Il mare dista circa 400 metri, 500 al massimo. Vacances en Sicile, fin avril début mai météo agréable gîte bien positionné au calme dans une résidence fermée accès direct à la mer belle et grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer . Calme et proximité immédiate de la plage

Très bonne situation proche de la plage à 2 minutes à pied (magnifique crique mais bondée fin août). Jardin et terrasse très agréables, avec vue mer conforme à l'annonce. Intérieur très propre mais à rafraichir et moderniser. Dommage que les dernières 24h sans eau dans le logement aient rendu ce séjour moins inoubliable. Panne de la pompe à eau que le propriétaire est venue constaté. Un impondérable que nous aurions pu comprendre si le propriétaire avait fait un geste significatif (sachant que nous y avons séjourné 5 nuits à plus de 170 euros la nuit, il a seulement proposé une remise de 50 euros et ce après sollicitation de notre part, sans nous demander si nous avions besoin d'une aide quelconque).

Je ne peux pas dire que je ne m'y attendais pas mais j'espérais plus de justesse et de précision. Commençons par dire que le montant par nuit est de 150 euros (tout à fait en ligne avec les prix du quartier et de la période), la différence vient de la commission versée à VRBO. Les 150 comprennent un cadre unique à 2 pas de la réserve naturelle du Zingaro, de l'accès gratuit à la plage à la mise à disposition d'un parasol pour le soleil, sinon payant. Confusion en août, on peut s'y attendre. Malheureusement Stéphanie a oublié de préciser qu'elle avait "oublié" de payer le deuxième acompte et qu'elle l'a fait après mon rappel et qu'on m'a facturé les 14 euros de frais que je n'aurais pas dû payer. Il a aussi oublié que le matin il m'a signalé le manque d'eau à 08h30 et que je lui ai dit qu'elle arriverait certainement dans la matinée. ou pour me prévenir autrement, mais il ne l'a fait qu'à 14 h 30 avec WhatsApp et je l'ai lu à 16 h 00. À ce moment-là, j'ai agi et j'ai quitté Palerme (75 km) pour aller vérifier en personne. Malheureusement, le moteur a grillé mais l'eau, bien que due à la gravité et à la faible pression, n'a jamais manqué. la panne fut réparée le matin mais ils partaient déjà. Je n'ai pas proposé de remboursement car j'étais concentré sur le problème et de toutes façons Stéphanie a refusé mes 50 euros en me disant qu'elle en tiendrait compte dans le bilan. Faire ainsi de la revue un instrument de chantage, ce qui est louche. Enfin, pour le rafraichissement et la modernisation, les murs ont été repeints en mars et côté moderne nous disposons du wifi, TV satellite, climatisation, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. si vous faites référence aux meubles ce sont ceux des photos au doigt donc je ne comprends pas le reproche, sauf manque d'arguments.

Bel appartement avec superbe vue sur la mer avec espace extérieur arboré avec coin douche extérieur. Scopello est assez central pour visiter l’ouest de la Sicile de plus pour les courageux il suffit de 2h30 de route pour visiter les temples de Agrigento et s’arrêter sur « la scala dei Turchi » et ses plages aux alentours

6 Tage nahe dem Zingaro Nationalpark

Wir waren zu zweit in diesem Haus. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Nunzio hat uns in Empfang genommen und hat uns am späten Abend noch nach Scopello gebracht, damit wir dort essen konnten. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Das Ferienhaus lag sehr ruhig und wir konnten jeden Tag die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Leider war die Küche und deren Gegenstände nicht so sauber wie wir das bisher von den Ferienunterkünften kannten. Die Nähe zum Zingaro Nationalpark war toll. Die Landschaft, die wir bei 2 Wanderungen dort gesehen haben, war beeindruckend!

Vacances tres agreables !

Un bel endroit pour visiter le nord de la sicile. Erice, selinonte, segeste, trapani, palerme et dans un gite situe a 5 mn a pied d une petite plage de graviers avec des poissons ! Le gite est confortable et dispose d une belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer pour dejeuner. N oublions pas les figuiers pour les retours de baignade. Un grand merci a Nunzio pour ces 10 jours tres agreables.

We enjoyed our stay, but the steep roads meant we drove rather than walked

Although we did not meet Nunzio, his brother-in-law (Alberto) and his wife were very helpful on arrival in directing us to the apartment (down a steep rough road) and explaining the facilities. Beautiful sea view from terrace, apartment very well furnished, tables and chairs both inside and out, comfortable bed. Kitchen very amply equipped with full-size hob, oven, microwave, and plenty of pots, pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. English guests might appreciate a kettle for making tea - we used a saucepan. We did trip the 3kW power limit once which took 10 minutes to sort out. Direct access to the beach is via steep paths and over 40 steps (and getting back needs good legs). Walking into Scopello (for its restaurants) is possible, but back up the steep road. Unfortunately the Tonnara was temporarily closed during our stay. But one delightful serendipity was a pair of swallows courting, mating, and sitting on their nest next door - in full view of our outdoor table.

Très bon séjour dans la location de Nunzio, accès direct en 5min à pied à une très belle plage près de la réserve naturelle. Location avec toutes les commodités dans résidence sécurisée , joli jardin avec bbq et balancelle. Wifi marche très bien. Schöne Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Vermieter

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Ferienhaus-Areal, welches aber sehr hübsch gestaltet ist. So hat jeder ein eigenes Grundstück und die nötige Privatsphäre. Wir haben dort einige Tage mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern verbracht, was sehr gut geklappt hat. Die Wohnung hat für 4 Personen eine gute Größe. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum (Stein)Strand kann man in wenigen Minuten laufen.
