Villa i Noccioli - 18 sleeps, swimmingpool, estate

In a large park, just 3 km from the medieval village of Capranica and 800mt from the train station, we converted a manor house of the sixteenth century in a beautiful villa (10 people) and two outbuildings (4+4 people).
THE VILLA: 10 sleeps
On the ground floor there are two entrances from the garden into a living/dining room with a huge fireplace plus one small kitchen and a toilet. In the other entrance there's one kitchen corner with dishwasher and another living/dining room with a fireplace. On the 1st floor there are: 3 double rooms, 2 twin bedded rooms, 2 bathrooms with bath, 2 bathrooms with shower.

DEPENDANCE 1: 4 Sleeps

On the ground floor there are a living/dining room with kitchen corner; On the 1st floor there are 1 double room, 1 room with bunk beds, a bathroom with bath.

DEPENDANCE 2 : 4 Sleeps

Upper ground floor, with entrance over an external staircase. There is a living/dining room with kitchen comer and fireplace, 1 double room, 1 room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower.

Excellent séjour !

Nous louons des maisons chaque année entre amis depuis plus de 15 ans. Celle-ci est dans mon top 3. Très bon accueil, Cristina toujours disponible pour toute question. Maison spacieuse, literie très agréable, grande piscine, grand terrain, beaux villages alentours, Rome à 1h, la mer a 1h … bref un excellent séjour entre amis.
