Location très agréable

Duplex très agréable, propre, bien agencé/équipé/décoré et bien situé pour visiter Dinard, Dinan, Saint Malo, le mont St Michel. Proximité d'une zone commerciale à quelques minutes en voiture.

Schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Alles an dieser Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben. Die Lage war ruhig, die Ausstattung sehr gut, für uns Zwei wie geschaffen. Da Mr. Fraval deutsch sprach, war der Start einfach. Die Lage in La Richardais war ideal für viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung: Dinard, Dinan, Cap Frehel, St. Malo und Mont St. Michel sind alle gut erreichbar. Danke an Madame Rigot und Monsieur Fraval! Vielleicht sehen wir uns ja im nächsten Jahr wieder! Schöne Grüße aus Dortmund Sabine und Klaus

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Reihenhaus bei Dinard

Schöne Ferienwohnung über zwei Stockwerke (OG und DG). Freundliche Vermieter Einrichtung ist praktisch und enthällt alles was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt Wohnung ist nicht neu, aber sauber und ordentlich. Balkon ist recht groß und gut geeignet um draussen zu essen. Es gibt einen Strandzugang in "Fußentfernung" wir sind aber meißt mit dem Auto zu Stränden in der Nähe gefahren die uns noch besser gefallen haben. Gute Internetversorgung. Hinweis: in den üblichen Navigationsgeräten findet man die Straße nicht in Dinard, sondern im Ort La Richardais der direkt an Dinard angrenzt.

Super schöner Urlaub !

Liebe Familie Rigot, ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal für den tollen Empfang und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung ! Wir haben uns in Ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Dank des tollen Wetters haben wir jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Auch den Abend haben wir auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen, nachdem wir jeden Abend hervorragend in einer der vielen Restaurants des schönen Städtchens Dinard gegessen haben. Wir werden uns immer gerne an diesen Urlaub erinnern und vielleicht sehen wir uns ja einmal wieder. Bis dahin herzliche Grüße aus Hamburg Alexandra & Andreas

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern lief hervorragend schnell und gut. Die FeWo ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Man benötigt ein Auto. Bettwäsche muss man mitbringen oder zusätzlich mieten. Da die Grösse der Betten unklar ist – jedenfalls für Deutsche –, bleibt realistischerweise nur das Mieten. Wie in den meisten FeWo ist die gesamte Einrichtung nicht so gepflegt wie man es bei sich zu Hause hat. Ich empfehle die FeWo aber ohne Bedenken weiter.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub in der Bretagne :-)

Wir waren für 3 Wochen in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Von den Eigentümern wurden wir herzlich empfangen und kompetent beraten, welche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bestehen. Sie sprechen auch vorzüglich deutsch. Ein zusätzlich abschließbarer Raum für unsere Fahrräder war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung würden wir als ruhig beschreiben. In 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad ist man schon am wunderschönen sauberen Strand von Dinard. Da wir sehr gutes Wetter während unseres Urlaubes hatten konnten wir den großzügigen Balkon hinreichend nutzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in der Nähe. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Excellent apartment!

The apartment was very accurately described, warm and comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. There is plenty of storage space, a useful utility room and second wc. The large balcony faces south and the sun pours into the living room and kitchen. It is in a very handy location for exploring the area, Dinard, St Malo, Dinan and Mont St Michel are all great places to visit. The owner was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will be more than happy to return! Chris and Wendy Harris

comment vous dire, c'est parfait une excellente location et une proprietaire charmante, tout est vraiment comme sur les photos rien à redire.De plus nous avons eu de la chance car le soleil etait au rendez vous , nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse.Region splendide, bcp de ballades à pied le long de la mer, le paradis!!!Juste une derniere chose laissez cet endroit intact, je conseille vivement cette location.

Bonnes vacances hiver 2012

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille (2 enfants de 8 et 12 ans). L'appartement est très joliment décoré, propre, calme et très fonctionnel. On s'y sent comme chez soi, rien ne manque. Les balades et restos dans St Malo et Dinard étaient très agréables (il a fait doux cet hiver). Nous avons visité le Mont Saint Michel avec nos filles (c'est à moins de 50 km). Nous recommandons cet appartement aux familles, aux amoureux, à des week-ends entre filles (appart vraiment cosy). Mieux vaut avoir une voiture. Propriétaire très sympathique et pleine de bons conseils. Merci pour votre accueil !

Ausgezeichnet

Dies war eine hervorragende Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist modern und sympathisch eingerichtet und auch die Küchenutensilien sind neu und harmonisch (gleiche Löffel, Messer Teller usw.). Das Bad ist geräumig und von zwei Seiten begehbar (war für uns sehr wichtig, da mit älterer fast blinden Mutter unterwegs). Der Balkon ist auch sehr gross, wir hatten aber zu wenig gutes Wetter. Die Wohnung wirkt, als wäre sie von einem Freund überlassen und nicht wie eine Ferienwohnung in der man aus Angst vor Diebstahl nur minderwertige Reste ablegt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und die Lage ist gut für Erkundungen in der Umgebung. Ich kann sie wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Les photos déposées sur le site reflètent totalement la réalité du bien : pas de déception bien au contraire. la clarté, l'aménagement, la décoration font que l'on s'y sent bien : comme chez soi c'est à dire totalement à l'aise dans l'ensemble des pièces. Les éléments communiqués sur le site correspondent pleinement. Très bien entretenu et confortable. Propriétaires charmants. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, retenons ce bien pour un éventuel retour. A recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Séjour très agréable

séjour effectué du 27 04 2011 au 04 05 2011 Accueil très sympathique.Appartement original par son concept de distribution à l'étage et très agréable,avec espace et confort. Cet appartement est géographiquement très bien situé pour visiter la région en voiture,ou pour faire de promenades à pieds,notamment le long de la rance,ou même si il fait beau se poser sur une plage. Belle terrasse plein sud(mais vue sur rivière très limitée) A recommander à toutes personnes de tous âges,petits et grands,qui cherchent à découvrir une région magnifique par son passé historique,et sa belle côte bretonne.
