Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a long weekend at this beautiful house with our children and grandchildren. Indoors we found it clean and comfortable. The views were beautiful! The outdoor space, specifically the deck was very dirty. It had not been touched in advance of our visit. There were large spider webs at every doorway, bird droppings on the roofed decking, an abundance of pollen and tree droppings covering all outdoor furniture. It was so disappointing that this space was too dirty to use. A call was placed to the office, and we were assured that a work order would be issued and someone would come clean up the deck. A personal follow-up visit to the office also confirmed that this problem would be taken care of. Unfortunately, no one ever came to clean this area. The lack of responsiveness by Taylor-Made was extremely disappointing! Understandably, this time of year is a tough one with the amount of pollen etc. about, but there was a total lack of obvious effort made to provide us with a usable outdoor space upon check in. The lack of response from the management company was quite disturbing.

What a View!

Beautiful comfortable Lake House with amazing views of the lake. The house location was perfect, close to all other local areas. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with family. The only disappointing thing was the stove had a white substance all over the top range of the oven. I had to clean it before we used it. And a towel bar in the lower master bedroom bathroom was coming out of the wall. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

If you’re looking for a house that has amazing water views with a perfect backyard for family, this is it! We were pleased with every aspect of the rental, but the backyard stood out the most. We highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

It was the week after Christmas we had snow. My grandkids were able to ski for the first time. My mother who is 98 was the hostess. It was quality family time. We saw the stars my sons swam in the lake. The hot tub was amazing. Worth every cent!

The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was a hit, and the living and sleeping spaces were more than adequate. Its close proximity to restaurants and shops was a bonus. We had only one minor issue with the water, which the property management company handled promptly. Would the owner consider including directions in the property binder on how to use the DVD player? We never did figure that out. We certainly plan to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Deep creek is a favorite of our family and this rental property made our visit everything we expected and more! The location was great, along with the view of the lake. We got to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The house was very up to date and clean. The loft area made a nice place for the younger kids to hang out in. Will definitely consider staying again and hopefully in the summer months. We did not get to use the yard, lake, decks as we would've liked but understood that with it being march. What can you expect in the snowy winter months! Loved the relaxing feel while laying on the couch and looking outside all while have the tv and fire place on. Great customer service with the welcoming pack and the call to assure checking out went well and that we dint have any issues! Also, drive way was cleared and had shovels and salt for our convenience... good thinking!

In winter you need a 4X4 to come out of the house, we had a Mini Van and had little tough time to push the van out in snow.

Great location, lots of space and everything we needed. The refrigerator has not been fixed since the first stay in June, where it froze all the food. It still froze some items this weekend. There is mold in the bedroom closet downstairs with the bunk beds. Please check these things as they are big ones.

The bedrooms are nice sized and the downstairs game room nice. The view out the back windows was beautiful. The one thing I would say is that the TV /remotes in main living room need some labeling as there was a basket of 6 remotes and no instructions. other than that minor thing, the stay was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location, great dock for boating,fishing and swimming. Nice new fire pit. Master suite on main floor was very small and the toilet area was tiny, it needed grab bars!!! The deck was very nice. Our grandson loved the loft, but the maids had not changed the sheets nor did the Taylor staff bring new ones as promised. The dishwasher was full when we arrived and it did not work. A service man said he was ordering a new part and never came back. The ice-maker in the freezer rarely worked. The driveway was all gravel and hard to use, especially for my wife's walker. Stargazer seemed to be overpriced when compared to the previous 4 homes we have rented in summer time and compared to the other one next door. Not enough towel bars downstairs for 4 bunk beds and one queen bed. Being with our 5 grandchildren for a week was special as they live in other stated.
