Charming stylish refurbished one bedroom apartment in astounding position in the heart of historical Rome. The apartment is at the back of Piazza del Popolo: few minutes from the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square and The Vatican.

The apartment is at the back of Piazza del Popolo ,overlooking the Tiber: few minutes walking from the Spanish steps Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and The Vatican. Five minutes from Villa Borghese and Museum, close to the Auditorium and the Maxxi museum, Two minutes from Undergound. ( Metro A Piazza del Popolo).
Fully equipped : two elevators, air condition, television, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine. Hosts 2+2. The apartment is 50 sq.m. has a brand new kitchen fully equipped (stove, oven microweave, automatic coffee maker, etc,) large and bright living room with sofa bed , cosy bedroom and large bathroom in suite.

From Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci airport there are many buses bond to Termini railway station or the Vatican, wherefrom few stops of Line A underground ( Metro A) bring you to Flaminio Piazza del Popolo stop which is two minutes walk from the apartment.
On request we may provide Limo or shuttle service at reasonable fares.

Great location!

We enjoyed your staying in your comfortable apartment. The heater worked well and we appreciated the elevator after walking all day sightseeing. The highlight was the large bathroom, which has a huge window and easily accommodated 4 adults and all of our stuff! We stopped to pick up wine and snacks at Castroni almost everyday and and loved the arancini at Mondo Arancina. We dined at Il Porto di Ripetta and La Buca di Ripetta, which we’re both fabulous and within walking distance. Thank you Alberto for accommodating us on such short notice.

Die charmante Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnhaus mit Portier. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum und an der UBahn. Es gibt gute und günstige Lokale in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Rom und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nice Property!

The Apt. was nice, clean and well maintained. Kitchen appliances worked well, and had plenty of of dishes, bowls and utensils. There was a washing machine in the unit that worked, although we had difficulty using it as the knobs/dials on machine were written in Italian so we couldn't figure how to operate it. There were only 2 disappointments. 1. When we reserved the unit we thought we made it clear we wanted to have a full bath (bath tub). Wife was very disappointed with only a shower. 2. This was a minor complainant (because it was resolved after the first hour or so we were at the property.) When we arrived at the property, we had no idea of how to find the manager, managers office or even what unit we would be staying in. After speaking with some residents of the building (only 2-3 who spoke English, & we don't speak Italian) we were getting no where, and becoming concerned. After about 45 minutes or so a gentleman who had an office in the building spent about 25 minutes sorting things out and making a few calls. He located the property Mgr. Alberto, (who is a wonderful gentleman!) who came and met us, showed us our unit, gave us the keys and provided the password for the internet modem. It was an enjoyable stay and we would us them again in he future if they have a property wit a full bath.

I would book this place again

Alberto was a great host and the apartment was in a good location, close to Popolo and Via Del Corso shopping. Alberto let us in at 10:30am even if the check in time was not until 2pm, made sure everything in the apt was complete and working! Apt had a working AC, 1 queen bed, 1 sofabed, functional kitchen, 1 bath with washer, ironing stuff, and best of all there is a very reliable elevator! This is a luxury in Rome. Very much appreciate his flexibility too when i had a question he responds quickly. There is a carrefour express not too far where you can get groceries etc. its my 3rd time in Rome, if I come back I would book this place again.

It's such a wonderful place to stay in Rome!

Perfectly located apartments are provided with all necessary goods. Different kinds of transport are nearby and lots of sightseeings too. Communication with hosts was easy and pleasant. Thank you! It was a really good experience in Rome :)

appartement propre, confortable, bien chauffé avec tout le nécessaire. Un point noir: les fenêtres vieilles qui ferment mal et qui laissent passer le bruit de la circulation de la rue. Bruyant surtout le matin tôt. C'est dommage très bien pour la localisation (transports, centre historique, commerces)
