Beautiful Terrace on Rome

It is a unique but comfortable environment of 33 square meters, with a large and pleasant terrace where to spend some nice moments of relaxation. The apartment is really silent and is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday. It is located in the San Giovanni district on the last and 7th floor of a Umbertino building a few hundred meters from the Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano, the Scala Santa and very close from the Colosseum and the Domus Aurea which can also be reached on foot. The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, bars, pastry shops, malls and supermarkets, it is well served by public transport, metro A and C (in 10 minutes you can reach Piazza di Spagna, 15 in the Vatican Museums, 10 minutes from the Circus Maximus and Imperial Forums) 300 meters from the apartment there are many bus lines to get to the historic center 15 minutes to the Basilica of San Pietro, 20 minutes to the Appia Antica and the Villa dei Quintili.

This place is magical. The host has stocked it very well with anything you might possibly need. It's cozy and cute and the balcony is truly the highlight!! The views are amazing and it's right in the heart of a lovely neighbourhood. The host has a whole book of excellent recommendations. I can't imagine anyone would regret booking here. Do it!

Cozy and romantic- great location and local restaurants!

We loved this cozy apartment. It’s on the smaller side but was perfect for the two of us! The balcony was heavenly! Spent many nights enjoying wine on the balcony surrounded by the beautiful fragrant flowers, mini lemon tree and orange blossoms! Great little pizzeria right downstairs! Highly recommend!

We only spent one night here but the apartment had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and easily accessible by taxi. Gulia was very helpful with transfer from airport as well. Would recommend!

Comfortable and great location for dinner and the metro.

We traveled quite a bit on the metro. This apartment was conveniently located between two stations with a short walk to either one of them. There’s a grocery store around the corner. We felt very safe.

Great communications with host. Answering all questions in a timely manner. She set up our transfers from airport to apartment as well as to the cruise port. Transfer drivers were on time and very friendly.

The accommodation is very well located for visiting Rome. It is easy to get there via metro line A. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. The spacious terrace is a real advantage and it offers a lovely open view. The owner is very responsive. A very good address in Rome.

Fabulous Stay in Rome

Perfect little suite for my husband and I. All the amenities that we needed to cook our own meals. Wonderful hosts who provided many breakfast items, juices, and water for our stay. Location ideal, 30 minutes on foot to the Colosseum and Metro stop Re Di Roma a shirt three minute walk to get you everywhere else. Highly recommend!

Lovely Place!

We had a great stay at Giulia's place. It was very well located, close to public transportation. The apartment is small, but it has everything you need to spend memorable days in Rome. The best thing was the terrace... spacious, decorated with a variety of plants and flowers. Beautiful!.

This was my second time staying here. Lovely little place and a great location. Close to the Metro, shopping, and many historical sites. Giulia was always available thru the VRBO app to answer any questions. I highly recommend this apartment in the San Giovanni neighborhood. Perfetto!!!
