Single-storey villa 170 sqm, 7 beds spread over 5 bedrooms. Open plan with large kitchen, dining area and living room. An extra dining arean the garden house, lovely all year around. In the living room there is piano and a fireplace. Recently renovated bathroom with shower, bath and sauna. Large plot with several patios, one with awning and infrared heating. A lounge section in the morning sun. A new and exclusive spa that can accommodate 6 people. Car drive + carport can accommodate 4 cars. Close to soccer field and swimming area. In the bathing area Boobadet, it is usually during the summer time sold freshly caught herring in the kiosk! If you want to swim in warmer and sweet water, Bagarsjön's bathing place with beach and bridges is 5 minutes walk in the other direction.
The local bus stop is 200 m away and they go regularly to Slussen if you want to go to Stockholm City. Take the boat back, directly from Nybrokajen to Boo pier, 55 min. The football pitches on the Boovallen are very popular art grasses for children of all ages.

Great location to visit Stockholm

We loved our stay at this property. The house has great outdoor sitting areas and was the perfect place to relax when we were not in Stockholm. There are frequent buses to Gamla Stan just a few minutes from the house. Be sure to dine at the Old Smokehouse which has great food and great views just a 20 minute walk from the house.

Super Stockholm Stay

This is an exceptional home! Spacious, it is beautifully decorated, with a marvelous backyard ideal for enjoying a meal outdoors.The host was outstanding, quick to respond to questions about everything from how to use the public transportation to suggestions for activities. We never had a car. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk and the bus took us wherever we wished to go. We feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay in this home in Boo!

Fantastische Woche in der Nähe von Stockholm

Gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft. Super ausgestattet und vielzählige gemütliche Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten ums Haus. Jacuzzi zur Erholung am Abend, perfekt. Stockholm ist sehr einfach und schnell per Bus erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können ihn weiterempfehlen.

härligt boende för storfamilj

Vår storfamilj med 6 vuxna och 2 barn tillbringade en vecka i detta härliga hem. Hans var en trevlig , välkomnande och hjälpsam värd. Lovely stay in Saltsjo Boo

The house is lovely. The backyard is beautiful - the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sight seeing in Stockholm. Hans met us at the bus stop and made sure we found our way. He gave us a tour of his property and provided everything we needed to settle in. Definitely a great choice for our family

Schweden wie man es sich erträumt!

Wir verbrachten zehn wundervolle Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr nett empfangen, obwohl wir erst so spät abends eintrafen. Im Haus hatten wir alles was man braucht und mehr. Es war genau so toll, wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung.Die Nähe zu Stockholm ist super. Mit unserem Mietwagen waren wir in 30 Minuten im Zentrum und konnten uns mehrere Museen, Schlösser und die Altstadt ansehen. Alles wäre aber auch mit dem Bus erreichbar gewesen. 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen netten kleinen Badestrand der kostenlos ist. Von dort kann man auch eine Bootstour zu der Stadt Sandhamn machen, die auf einer der vielen Schäreninseln liegt. Das Einkaufszentrum Nacka Forum, ganz in der Nähe, fanden wir auch toll. Und der Garten hinter dem Haus bietet Erholung pur. Egal ob Grillen auf der Terasse, in der Hängematte liegen, wenn der Wind durch die Baumwipfel pfeift, im Whirlpool entspannen, oder Rehe, Hasen und Mäuse beobachten, einfach ein Traum! Mit unserem Vermieter hatten wir regelmäßig Kontakt über WhatsApp, er war wirklich super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er vertraute uns blind für 10 Tage sein Haus an und wir fühlten uns einfach nur gut angekommen und angenommen in Schweden.

Beautiful home....Great find!

We LOVED our time at this beautiful Swedish home. The home was clean and well furnished. The owners were easy to work with and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. A wonderful park by the sea was within walking distance. We joined others in the community at the sea to celebrate the Midsummer holiday. There were maypoles, dancing, hot-dogs topped with mashed potatoes, flowers in our hair, laughing and singing. The home was close to Stockholm where we sailed on an old steamboat through the Swedish archipelago islands to the beautiful fortress town of Vaxholm. We had dinner at the Grand hotel across from the Värtan strait which was only minutes away by car. The backyard was very private and peaceful. There was almost 24 hours of daylight every day and the midnight sun made the backyard especially beautiful. One night we sat on the patio under the awning and watched the rain fall. The hot tub was so nice after a long day of site seeing. I especially enjoyed laying on the hammock and looking up at the beautiful trees. We would highly recommend this home and hope to return someday soon.
