Modern environment of 42 m2 in a new building with 24 hour security. Neighborhood: Palermo Soho. Close to many restaurants, cafes and trendy places. Front floor with balcony to the street, very bright. 3 blocks from Av Santa Fe and 1 from Av Juan B Justo. "Palermo" metro station 300 meters away and many bus lines. Furnished and equipped. The apartment offers an environment with a king size bed (2m x 1.80), a large sofa for watching TV and a table for four with an equipped kitchenette and a complete bathroom with bidet. Equipped with wi fi internet, 32 "cable television, cordless telephone with 2500 minutes of local calls, air conditioning (hot - cold), refrigerator, microwave, dishes, kitchen utensils, bedding and towels. On the top floor of the building there is a swimming pool, (only in summer season) sauna, Jacuzzi and SUM.- Washing machines and dryers, also on the top floor.
