Bra men kunde vara mycket bra

Första intrycket Àr att man kommer in i en obebodd lÀgenhet. VÀldigt avskalad, opersonlig och ett vitt obehagligt ljus. Vid lite nÀrmare titt sÄ mÀrker man att bÀddsoffan Àr ordentligt uttjÀnad och inte sÄ trevlig. DubbelsÀngen Àr 190 cm lÄng och 140 cm bred. Detta Àr inte OK om man vill att skandinaver ska bo hÀr. Dessutom var bÀddmadrassen stenhÄrd. Samma gÀller för de tvÄ separata sÀngar som stÄr i ett annat rum. Att alla bordsytor Àr tÀckta med ett eller flera lager med plast bidrar inte heller till mysighet. I köket var det vÀldigt lite utrustning. det första vi mÀrkte var avsaknad av skÀrbrÀda. Det Àr vÀldigt tydligt att lÀgenheten endast Àr till för uthyrning eftersom ingen har tÀnkt igenom kökets utrustning och planering av upphÀngning av luckor. LÀget Àr vÀldigt bra med nÀra avstÄnd till en fin strand med vÀldigt finkornig sand. Det finns en hel del olika restauranger pÄ bekvÀmt gÄngavstÄnd, Balkongen ligger i skugga hela dagen vilket gör att det blir drÀgligt att vara dÀr pÄ eftermiddagen/kvÀllen. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade vÀldigt bra. Förslag byt ut bÀddsoffan och sÀngarna till nÄgot som fungerar för skandinaver mao minst 200 cm lÄng och dubbelsÀngen minst 160 cm bred med en mediumhÄrd bÀddmadrass. Det finns vÀldigt goda förutsÀttningar med dubbla badrum och sovrum och ett vÀldigt bra lÀge. PArkering var aldrig ett problem och mataffÀr vÀldigt nÀra och med stora shopping centers ett par km bort med bil.

Good location but appartement could be better maintained

Nice location, easy to get to the beach (5 minutes walk to the Platja les Ortigues that is very nice and not crowded) and also a 5 minutes walk to the boardwalk where you will find shops and restaurants. Apartment has a great view from the balcony (you can see the sea and the nice large pool of the building) but inside it’s not very clean. Apartment looks to be used 100% of the times for rental , so furniture’s and walls are “old” and damaged. We needed to clean and with water and products chairs and tables when we got in as we found bread crumbs and dust in several places. Mattress in the main bedroom is also pretty thin and far from being super comfortable, we had much better ones in other VRBO during our trip in Spain. As for the arrival you absolutely need to speak English and don’t expect a nice welcome, you will be treated as a stranger not as guest/customer, not rude but almost
 Rooftop terrasse is great to have a drink at the end of the day with the view on the beach/sea (but no chairs available you need to stand but worth it for the view).

El apartamento en sí estaba bien, quizå le falte vajilla y cristalería. Buena distribución, nuevo, vistas hacia la pinada y la playa con orientación al norte por lo que no da el sol durante el día. Cuando llegamos el apartamento no estaba limpio y tuvimos que limpiar y desinfectar el apartamento al llegar. Las personas encargadas de la limpieza y el recibimiento no hablan español por lo que dificulta bastante el entendimiento. A la dueña no la conocimos pero respondía inmediatamente las veces que contacté con ella

Muy agradable y cerca playa

El piso es moderno y agradable. A mejorar detalles como el horno que estaba roto, limpieza bien pero no al detalle y algunas hormigas pero sin ser algo excesivo. La recepciĂłn no fue de mi agrado porque teniendo en cuenta que tengo la reserva hecha desde febrero, quedĂ© en llegar a una hora y el dĂ­a de antes me lo cambiaron indicando que tenĂ­an a otros huĂ©spedes en otros pisos...que no sĂ© porquĂ© tenĂ­an mayor prioridad que yo.... Por otro lado, nos recibiĂł Barry, solo habla inglĂ©s por lo que la comunicaciĂłn fue justita. EchĂ© de menos ciertas explicaciones sobre la casa. Íbamos con un carro de bebe y nadie nos dijo que se puede acceder al portal por los laterales del edificio, evitando escaleras ya que dispones de rampas, desconocĂ­an si la piscina comunitaria estaba abierta y se iba sin explicarnos funcionamiento de la misma. A favor he de decir que tuvimos un problema con internet que no funcionaba un sĂĄbado y el lunes por la mañana Jenny ( si hablaba español) vino con un tĂ©cnico y lo arreglaron perfectamente. En cuanto al piso, muy cerca de las playas de les ortigues y de la playa del pueblo, apenas 3-5 minutos andando. Muy cerca tb de bares, supermercado a unos 8-10 minutos. zona muy tranquila.

Excellent holidays !

The apartment is luxury, modern standard, nice, friendly, light rooms with a very nice view from the balcony. For the summertime no disturbing/hot direct sunlight on the balcony, so breakfast or similar outside was always possible. The local support team for key hand over was excellent, well organized, on time and very friendly. Good communications before and during stay with all parties. The location is very quiet (no traffic noise or from restaurants). Very nice pools, one larger and 2 smaller ones. Very good for children and adults. The nice roof terrace offers you excellent viiews to both sea and salinas and the change for a roof top barbecue due to 2 fixed installed grill stations. External shower and toilets are available there as well. The beach especially towards guardamar is very nice and specious so that even in high peak season you will always find a less crowded space at the beach, just depending on your individual expectations and walking distance. We were travelling with 3 kids and all of us were very happy. Only challenging thing ...there was just one key for pool and apartment given, so with 2 parents and 3 kids and their sometimes differing "expectations" on activities it was sometimes a bit challenging to organize access to all in parallel. Summarized - a definite 5 star recommendation - we will come back. Thanks for the nice holidays.
