Very nice countryside house with all amenities.

Very nice house, spacious with very nice views all around. My friends and me just rented one of two neighboring houses. The one contains 5 beds, the two contain 14. Both of them have a very nice pool. My friends and I like to cook, and the kitchen was well equipped. Including washing machines! All in all we had an excellent time!

A nice place to relax

The house is wery spacious. The sleeping ooms are very colorful 😊. The kitchen could need a make over and it would be nice if there was a extractor hood. Cleaning out the drawers could also be a good idea Some AC in the sleepingroom would also be nice. The outdoor facilities is exelent. A very lovely pool. The house is uniq located in the landscape. Near to lovely small towns and not far from Cahors

The photos do not do the property justice. All 4 bedrooms are a good size - easily space for 2 adults/children in each room. Downstairs, the lounge is very comfortably furnished and the dining table is large enough to easily seat 8. The kitchen is well fitted for cooking with oven and microwave and 2 fridges. The heatwave during our stay could have caused us problems but there are fans in each bedroom, an ice maker in the kitchen and the wonderful manager - Cathy Sebold - explained the best times to open shutters and windows to keep the house cool. The pool was perfect - warm but great to cool off in, a really decent size for a holiday home with plenty of loungers. The covered verandah was perfect for eating and drinking - beautifully shaded with a huge table and plenty of chairs. The wood fired BBQ was fantastic to cook on and we had fun finding sticks and small branches to use. The house is close to Lauzerte, Montcuq and Montaigu de Quercy so a good choice of restaurants, cafes and shops to choose from. All in all, I thoroughly recommend the property and we hope to return.
