Villa Sogno di Mare is a charming villa in a dominant position, immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean park, with spectacular views of the golden beaches of Chia, about 1 km away. from the beach.
A unique feeling of tranquility and privacy.
The garden is super panoramic, has a parking space and a covered veranda, facing the sea, where you can have dinner or enjoy an aperitif watching the sunset over the sea.
The house is on two levels: on the ground floor a spectacular veranda overlooking the garden but also a terrace on the first floor with a breathtaking view.
And in the morning? You will wake up with breathtaking views and the sounds of nature! while having breakfast looking at the sea, hear and see the horses trotting ... and passing right in front of your house ...
It is a special house, certainly unique!
How about the staircase made with a branch as a handrail? Have you seen the bath made in the rock?
Have you noticed that there are two fireplaces? And the wooden roof in the reading corner for the winter in front of the fireplace? Each bedroom has its private bathroom, there are three independent entrances. There is a laundry room with washing machine and cellar.

Tranquillité

Maison très bien située pour les amoureux de belles plages. Paysages naturels où la nature a encore le dessus sur la civilisation, les restaurants et petits commerces ne dénaturent en rien la destination. A 20min supermarchés et commerces. A une bonne demi heure de Cagliari, les routes sont faciles pour y arriver. Je conseille de louer une voiture pour visiter et accéder aux restaurants. La maison est propre, spacieuse et on peut y vivre en communauté sans aucun problème . Terrasses très bien situées et donnant une vue sur un majestueux levé de soleil. Mer à 10 minutes à pied. Les hôtes ont été très agréables, disponibles et de bon conseil, encore merci à eux pour leur accueil.

Das Haus war für uns (2 Familien mit je zwei kleinen Kindern) ideal. Gut ausgestattete Küche, genug schlafplätze, viel Platz zum Spielen. Tolle Gartenterasse mit unglaublicher Aussicht über die Strände und Salinen mit den Flamingos. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

A wonderful stay immersed in exceptional beauty!

Few houses can boast a 180° birds-eye panorama of the shoreline of one of one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. This house can! Welcoming us a chilled bottle of wine, along with local products graciously provided by our host Margherita and property manager Massimo. The house was very spacious for our group of 4 adults with a small but beautifully maintained garden. A table positioned under the portico to enjoy the spectacular view made our meals super special.Thank you Margherita for providing us with such a beautiful place to stay and to Massimo who was always ready to provide us with suggestions on everything from what to see, where to eat and interesting things to do. A wonderful and memorable stay! Hope to be back soon!
