This is a great 11th Floor condo at Phoenix V with a wrap around balcony for plenty of seating and views of the Gulf! We have just taken out all the carpet and installed tile in all the bedrooms!!!



Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!



!!!! SPLASH PAD and WATER PARK !!!!!



Your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.



Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the Gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bar-b-quing.



Come relax on the spacious corner balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. A queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 doubles in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 2 BR AND 1 BR UNITS AT PHOENIX V.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. For guests staying 1 month+, parking is included. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Family feel for family vacation.

Great condo with all the amenities to enjoy staying in with a great location to spend the night out. Views from the condo was amazing, and the staff there was very helpful. The best part of the vacation was enjoying breakfast and coffee from the balcony to enjoy that view. Communication with the owner was seamless with quick responses. Will definitely be booking this place again.

Beds and pillows were so comfortable

Slept like a rock. Extended stay an extra day in less than 5 minutes with a quick phone call since we got lucky and they had that day available. Had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo could have been a little cleaner and we couldn’t get dishwasher to open. Mattress in the bedroom with a full bed should be replaced but we would still probably stay here again.

Phoenix V was close enough to OB and GS that we could drive to either easily. One night we enjoyed the fireworks at The Warf from our balcony.

Awesome first beach trip with toddler!

Everything about this trip was amazing! The condo was great- the view was perfect. Our only complaint was safety issues with the pirate splash pad (which was our daughter's favorite part!). The flooring was VERY slippery and our toddler busted multiple times. We also watched older kids slip many times, one hitting their head turning the corner to the slide. If you have kiddos using the splash pad, make sure they walk! It's very slippery- it would be great if the property would do something to the texture of the flooring to make it safer for kids. Trying to have them walk the entire time was pretty tough! Everything else was great!

Ceiling fans were covered with dust. Ceiling fan in room with queen bed was missing a screw on one of the blades so it was dangling. Mold on the shower liners. Mildew/mold in the showers. Dining room chairs were broken. Comforters smelled musty. Sliding door to balcony was extremely hard to open. Had to run dryer through 2 cycles to actually dry clothes. Could use a few more bath towels for a condo that sleeps 10.

The condo was not up to par though. The dishwasher was broken, none of the pans would cook your food without burning it as everything stuck to it no matter if you used butter, oil, or non stick spray. There was dried pee around the toilet upon our arrival in the master bedroom. Anything you plugged into outlet fell out, and the beds were very very uncomfortable. We will not be using this condo again. We made the most out of trip though and enjoyed our time together as family.

The cleanliness of the condo was mediocre. We had to wash all of the dishes before using them. There was still sand and dirt on the floors that had to be swept when we arrived. The pots and pans were atrocious. We could only cook a few eggs at a time before the skillet would start to burn everything. Even when butter and other cooking oils were used. The new cabinetry was very nice. As well as the bedroom furniture, kitchen furniture, and outdoor furniture. The bathrooms were okay in terms of niceness. They could definitely use an update. Overall, we would not stay here again. We have been going to Orange Beach for many years and this condo was in the bottom 25% of our stays.

The furniture is stained, guest bath not updated and fairly dirty (looks like mold on air vents), no pillow cases left for extra pillows in closets, etc. We enjoyed the property in general but wished the room were well kept based on how much we paid. Not worth it for this room. We stayed in another room at same property last month and it was so much better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo a few times. The updates are nice. The condo needs a deep clean and a little maintenance. Having people in an out doesn't lend itself to that often. The dryer needs replaced as it takes 2 cycles to dry clothes. The couch bed/mattress is not able to be slept on and needs replaced. Overall, if you are looking for space on the beach, it is a great location and condo. Also, the new check in time of 4:30 is a little late. We are paying for that day/night and losing almost the entire day is a bit disheartening.

Need attention

It’s the little things: ice maker didn’t work, vents, louvered furnace room door, popcorn ceiling above stove all dusty. Rained hard twice against balcony door and water came through; had to call building maintenance. Beds were comfy though.

Family Vacation 2023

Our family of 5 adults and 2 small children were very comfortable in 1101. Beautiful Balcony views, a well stocked kitchen, and an extra blanket in each bedroom closet. WiFi worked well and tvs in each bedroom
