The top of the villa is independent, different entrance for tenants and owners.

Swimming pool reserved for tenants.

The pool is maintained by the owner of the villa.

Charming villa with spectacular view of the vineyards and the hill (not buildable).

It includes all the equipment necessary to make it an interior that is both comfortable and functional.

American kitchen redone in 2011.
upper bedroom, air conditioned refurbished in January 2013.

Private indoor pool (closing possible for the safety of children).
