About the host

Hello to everybody!
It was my love for the region, particularly La Rochelle and the island, which made start this seasonal rental project. I wanted to combine la joie de vivre all year long with a fabulous setting and share it with my guests. I chose this to choose because it is close to the bridge, and then, close to La Rochelle. Also because of its development, as there are many big projects in progress.

Why they chose this property

The house is located in the centre of the village and enjoys the proximity of services and transportation. The house does not have the feeling of modern houses, but rather the traditional charm of the old times houses (beams, white panelling, and stone fireplace). I feel so good when I am home, that I want my guests to feel in a family home.

What makes this property unique

I love the garden, not too large, as the traditional gardens of the island, because the deck and the stone floor are really charming. I also love the olive tree and the sunny social area , of the dining area, where you can actually do whatever you like, like playing board games!
