The apartment (on the first floor in a building in Dolomite style with 4 apartments) has a large entrance, two bedrooms - one double and another with 2 single beds - modern and elegant kitchen, seating area with sofa, solid fuel burning stoves and Hi-Tech area with a desk, bathroom with shower and three balconies.
The house has been furnished and organized to ensure an excellent level of comfort to 4 persons, 2 + any in addition (in the living room in a sofa bed)
The furniture has been thought and designed with care and is equipped with new crockery and pans, new mattresses, duvets and spacious closets in the bedrooms. The apartment is complete with all appliances: oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer and others like eg. Lavazza Amodomio in capsules.
Particular attention has been paid to Hi-Tech solutions, are available: 10 Mbps Wi-Fii ADSL Router, HP i7 Windows 10 Notebook and Bluetooth Stereo Speaker for all devices.
The apartment features exclusive in the underground parking and a private storage room used skis and parking space in the yard of the building.
The heating system is controlled remotely. The use of the Swedish stove (not necessary for heating the house) is only allowed to experienced people.

Eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Eine Belegung mit 6 Personen ist eher nicht zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, alles was man benötigt, ist vohanden. Kritikwürdig ist der Fernseh- und Internetempfang. Es gibt nur italienische Sender. Streaming scheitert überwiegend an der schlechten Internetqualität. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar. Bis zur Liftstation in Falcone sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Die Lage an der Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Bel appartement récent et très propre. Bel Emplacement pour visiter les dolomites. Petit bemol la route très passante juste à côté et très bruyante. Menage non inclus comme précisé dans l’annonce et le propriétaire demande à payer 50 euros à l’arrivée

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, wenn man verschiedene Dolomitengebiete besuchen möchte und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Ein kleines Minus für die direkte Lage neben der Passtrasse. Wenn man mit offenen Fenstern schläft, kann es früh laut werden.

Super Unterkunft für Wanderungen und Bergsteigen

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Einrichtungen sind neuwertig, vollständig und in top Zustand. Eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine mit integrierten Trockner machen den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und tip-top sauber. Die Einrichtung ist für 4 Personen ideal - 5 sind OK, allerdings muss dann die Wohnzimmercoach zum Bett umgebaut werden. Die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert, so dass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern von der nahen und einigermaßen befahrenen Passstraße SP346 nichts mitbekommt. Wer allerdings empfindlich ist und nachts auf ein geöffnetes Fenster besteht, wird sich daran stören. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurant sind in Reichweite, allerdings nicht sinnvoll zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir (2 Erw. und 3 Kinder) waren mit dem Aufenthalt voll zufrieden und können die Wohnung als "Basislager" für Wandertouren in der Umgebung nur empfehlen.

L'appartamento è nuovo e davvero ben attrezzato, non manca nulla! Splendide gite a pochi minuti d'auto. Forse l'unica pecca è che la strada è molto vicina e con le finestre aperte si sente parecchio rumore (chiuse il silenzio totale).

modern life in the mountains

The apartment is brand new and has excellent sound and thermal insulation. It is furnished in a modern style with taste, and contains all amenities one would want to live there including a well equipped and functional kitchen, a washing machine, an extensive hi-tech equipment (good wi-fi, television, sound system, notebook computer available for guests) and a very comfortable double bed and couch. The location is readily accessible by car with parking. Two km away there is a nice village (Canale d'Agordo) that has shops and restaurants and is quite charming. The owner Adolfo Gasparoli was very helpful and suggested several excursions (with detailed comments) in the neigbouring mountains including good restaurants. This was very helpful to decide what to do. The only thing to keep in mind is that a car is absolutely necessary to move around since the house is not in a village but in a residential outskirt.

Ideale Lage für Aktivitäten in der Dolomitenregion

Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und auf sehr gutem Standard eingerichtet. Für den Internetzugang stand sogar ein Laptop zur Verfügung. Um die Umgebung zu entdecken ist ein privates Verkehrsmittel unumgänglich. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man wunderschöne Ausflugsziele und kann vielseitig einkaufen. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet ist, hat sie einen Nachteil, dass sie in unmittelbarer Nähe der Hauptverkehrsachse liegt. Der Strassenlärm kann das Ausschlafen beeinträchtigen, denn bereits ab 6 Uhr morgens herrscht reger Verkehr. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns die Wohnung sehr unbürokratisch bei Ferienbeginn wie auch bei der Abreise überlassen. Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Nuova e pulitissima, favoloso il caminetto!!

Siamo stati solamente tre giorni ed abbiamo goduto di questo appartamento molto, molto confortevole. Arredamento nuovo di zecca e c'è tutto anche il PC con il Wifi incluso. Rimane comunque una casa calda di montagna con un bellissimo caminetto. Parcheggio in garage e localizzata bene tra Falcade, Alleghe ed Agordo.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia, 2 adulti e due bambini e siamo stati in questo bellissimo appartamento magnificamente, come a casa nostra. L'appartamento è nuovo e arredato con cura e gusto. Completo di ogni moderno elettrodomestico, addirittura è disponibile zona Hi-Tech con Wi-Fi gratuito anche un Notebook ed un sistema speaker Bluetooh. Vicino al box coperto e disponibile anche un deposito privato per bici e sci. L'appartamento si trova in una zona strategica tra il Passo San Pellegrino - zona sciistica Dolomiti Supersky Falcade a 5 minuti e la zona della Marmolada / Arabba e pochi Km da Alleghe. I proprietari sono super gentili e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza - appartamento altamente raccomandabile. Silvia Tripoli
