Fabulous! “Best from Croatia...”

Great place to stay. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings and view . Villa is beautifully designed . Wonderful stylish rooms, comfortable beds , beautiful bathrooms, well-equipped modern kitchen. Garden with outdoor kitchen and BBQ, glorious sunsets, interesting local wines. We liked everything; the perfect location, balcony overlooking the sea, city and mountains, the singing of the birds in well-kept mediteranean garden, the sun and the likeliness of the staff during our two week long stay. Close to restaurants and shops. Beaches and marina is about 5-6 mins easy walk. Crystal clear sea water. Great Bike Trails. Great nature. Very interesting history. Everything is just amazing ! A highly recommend place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Exceptional from start to finish! All of this would be enough to go back again and again.

The accommodation in the villa was amazing! Great, peacefully comfortable place, the location is excellent. The house is wonderfully designed, warm & Mediterranean atmosphere, beautiful and cosy, we felt like at home. Spotlessly clean. Wonderfully designed rooms with comfortable beds and lovely luxurious bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. The garden area was lovely and relaxing. We loved the herbs and flowers hanging over as we enjoyed the sun loungers. BBQ. Private parking. Perfect location,very close to various nice beaches and to the restaurants, yet quiet and peceful during the day and night.It took us only two minutes to get to the old town by foot . Novi Vinodolski is beautiful. Next year we will come again, for sure!

Uma profunda desilusão

A casa estava muito limpa e as mobílias e equipamentos eram novos. As casas de banho são boas. No entanto, não tem condições para acolher uma família de oito pessoas. Não existe máquina de lavar roupa, nem tão pouco um sítio para lavar roupa à mão ou sequer estender uma toalha. Os quartos são pequenos, com pouca arrumação e com camas grandes de mais para a dimensão dos quartos. A sala tem um único sofá, bastante incómodo, onde cabem (mal) duas pessoas. A casa, que fica situada numa rua íngreme e muito feia, é extremamente quente,o que torna as noites bastante difíceis de suportar.No exterior, também não há qualquer comodidade. Só algumas cadeiras de madeira. O mar é muito bonito. mas as anunciadas praias são rochas com acessos muito difíceis e sem qualquer comodidade. Além disso, não ficam a 5 minutos da casa, ao contrário do que é divulgado pela proprietária. A mais próxima, fica a 1.200 metros, mas para se encontrar uma rocha que não esteja cheia de gente é preciso andar muito mais. Embora tivéssemos pago duas semanas, ficámos apenas cinco dias. Uma profunda desilusão.
