Family house with capacity for 16 people and possibility of several more in folding beds.
It has 4 bathrooms, one inside the suite room. Garden overlooking the mountain of Sant Sadurni, cingles de Berti and Sant Sebastià de Montmajor. House on top of a road being isolated. 12 x 4m swimming pool with changing rooms and bathroom, ample parking, very quiet at the entrance of the town, 10 km from the golf club and 10km from Sant Miquel del Fai. Ideal to spend a few days with family or friends and to make excursions on foot or by bike. 35 km from Barcelona (30m) and 40 km from the airport, and 1.15h from the Costa Brava.

CELEBRACIÓN CUMPLEAÑOS FENOMENAL

Alquilamos la casa para celebrar un cumpleaños. El propietario, Felix, es encantador, siempre disponible para responder preguntas y muy muy amable. La casa es muy grande, y era exactamente lo que estabamos buscando. Sobretodo los jovenes del grupo disfrutaron muchisimo de la piscina. En resumen, un fantastico fin de semana.

Pied à terre près de Barcelone dans maison de charme

Maison de charme, bien placée pour rayonner autour de Barcelone. Elle nécessiterait néanmoins un rafraichissement et le renouvellement des équipements (vaisselle, meubles de jardin, literie, linge de maison...). Felix a été un hôte très sympathique, en nous donnant des conseils pour les visites et en nous en adressant à un traiteur pour une soirée paella.

Great family holiday

Very nice house big enough to host our family of 14 (8 adults and 6 kids). Lovely pool and garden with lots of activities for the kids. Two kitchens was nice when preparing meals for a big family. Cosy town and Barcelona, Sabadell, Girona within reach.

Nice estate with a lot of history

My only real complaint is that the address was not stored in the system so we got an email with "please ask the agency about the address". Phone didn't work for some reason, but they were really trying hard to reach us and make everything work out. In the end, everything was near perfect, we would definitely consider the same place again.

Que du bonheur à San Feliu !

Que de beaux souvenirs dans cette belle demeure ! Nous y avons passé trois semaines l'été 2016 pour mes 50 ans. Des membres de ma famille sont venus nous rejoindre et nous nous sommes rapidement sentis très à l'aise dans cette belle maison de famille : de nombreuses chambres, des salles de bain suffisamment nombreuses, plein d'espaces pour s'isoler dans le jardin, au bord de la grande piscine, en contrebas du jardin, sur la magnifique terrasse du 1er étage, celle du RDC qui donne sur la piscine. Il y a même des cabines pour se changer après le bain et des toilettes et douche à l'extérieur. En contrebas du jardin, un espace protégé pour préparer des barbecues tout en sirotant d'excellents vins... La maison est située en hauteur de la petite ville de San Feliu qui est bien pourvue en commerces (délicieux bouchers pour les barbecues...). Beau point de chute pour visiter Barcelone qui n'est qu'à une trentaine de km, ou se promener dans les hauteurs de San Feliu. Un vrai havre de paix où il fait bon traîner. Cette ancienne demeure est une véritable vieille maison de vacances bourgeoise, avec tout le charme espagnol, aménagée avec tout le confort nécessaire pour se retrouver en tribu ! Et un dernier point : l'accueil extrêmement chaleureux de Felix, le fils des propriétaires, un homme charmant qui était au petit soin pour nous, très réactif, n'hésitant pas à se déplacer si nécessaire. Je garde encore en souvenir la belle surprise qu'il m'a déposée sur la terrasse de la maison le matin de mon anniversaire : une délicieuse brioche locale, décorée avec mon prénom... Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
