This beautiful house in the city of Valencia is fully equipped and furnished. From its wonderful living room you can access to the small balcony that has the apartment, equipped with a table and chairs so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people, perfect for a family or friends holiday. In addition, it has two bathrooms with shower and the availability of garage spaces in a nearby building.
This apartment has the perfect location: in the historic centre of the city of Valencia, specifically up the street from the Mercado Central. Today it is both an important space for the sale of fresh produce, as well as a great cultural and touristic attraction for foreign visitors and even for the Valencians themselves. Within walking distance, you will find the Plaza de la Virgen and its cathedral, as well as an infinity of restaurants and hotels. The lungs of the city are at a short 15-minute walk away, los Jardines del Turia, the old river bed that goes through the city west to east, from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences.

Piso nefasto
Piso con muchos desperfectos,sucio con peores vistas posibles, común patio lleno de máquinas ruidosas q por la noche es imposible dormir,el trato con el inquilino nulo ya q lo llamamos para q pudieran subsanar los desperfectos entre ellos estuvimos todo el puente sin agua caliente con niños pequeños y niños cogieron el teléfono,aún habiéndoles avisado el día de la entrega de llaves de todos los desastres no han tenido el valor de compensar dichos desperfectos,nunca volveremos a coger un piso de esta inmobiliaria,ojo!! A todos los usuarios este piso es un auténtico desastre

Propreté, emplacement, espace, décoration pimpante, cuisine bien équipée, les petits sachets de thé, sucre etc.
Lave-linge avec lessive fournie
Clim réversible avec télécommande.
Marché à deux pas (ouvert seulement le matin).
Lits confortables et grands placards.
Equipe très aimable et serviable.
L´une des salles de bains est si petite qu´il faut s´asseoir de biais sur les toilettes.
La clim réversible fait beaucoup de bruit depuis le balcon de la cuisine mais je suppose qu´il n´y a pas le choix.
Ah il manque deux télécommandes pour les chambres, mais on peut utiliser la même pour salon et 2 chambres. Elle est manuelle pour la 3e chambre.
