The bedrooms, arranged across the different levels of the tower, overlook the greenery of the garden, while small windows along the staircase open onto the medieval walkway behind the walls.
The atmosphere is intimate, romantic, and rich in historic charm.
Outdoors, guests can relax in the spacious garden equipped with a pergola, sun loungers, a dining area, and several outdoor seating spaces.
The location is privileged: next to the municipal theatre, just a few steps from the Rocca and Villa Bonaparte, facing the Church of San Giorgio Martire, in the heart of the Castello district—the oldest and most evocative part of the town.
From the garden’s pedestrian gate, you can access the charming alleyways of the district, the vibrant historic heart of the town, which especially during the summer comes alive with live music, jazz concerts, markets, and street performers, surrounded by restaurants of all kinds—from fine dining to pubs and pizzerias—where you can also enjoy typical specialties from the Marche region.

NOTE:
The ceiling of the small bedroom at the top of the tower is low.
The tower stairs leading to the bedrooms are narrow and steep; for this reason, the property is not recommended for small children or people with mobility difficulties.
A parking space is available within the property, accessible through the vehicle gate opening onto the main street.
The property is equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi.
