About this property

This traditional Ibizan house, restored, is in one of the most beautiful places on the island, with views from the garden to the coast of Es Cubells and on clear days to Formentera.
The house has a terrace area with a wooden porch where a table has been installed to eat and enjoy the views. Inside there is a spacious living room with a ceramic hob open to the living room, with a dishwasher.
4 bedrooms, two of them on the main floor, the first with 2 single beds and the second with a double bed, which share a bathroom with a bathtub in the corridor. Going up 5 steps we find the other 2 bedrooms, one double en suite with a bathtub, with access to the garden and a safe, and the last one also with a double bed en suite with a bathtub and a safe.
At the back of the house is the pool with barbecue area.
Great for people looking for privacy and relaxation. Very close to Cala d'Hort and its impressive sunsets with Es Vedrà in the background.

Rustic home in a gorgeous setting

The pool, garden, and surroundings are gorgeous. Adding air conditioning to every room would be a simple and inexpensive investment that would greatly improve the home. Showers could also use upgrading.

Calme et jardin luxuriant

Très bonne organisation et accueil. Maison très bien équipée avec une vaste piscine. Un jardin luxuriant très bien entretenu. Beaucoup de calme. La literie mérite d’être plus haut de gamme et confortable.

nel complesso è una ottima struttura situatata in un bellissimo contesto la strada per arrivarci andrebbe un pò sistemata, sia a livello di manto che tagliando le siepi a bordo strada. e le luci intorno alla villa che da una certa ora in poi non si possono più accendere
