This modern villa with a private pool, BBQ and well-maintained garden has 4 double rooms, two of them en suite, with natural light, a spacious living room, an independent kitchen and a large roof terrace perfect for yoga. Among other features - flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning the entire house, including the kitchen, to offer the maximum comfort. Inside dining for 6, and outside dining for 8 people, next to the pool and BBQ. Enjoy the most wonderful beaches of Ibiza such as Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida and others within a short drive. There are charming villages of San Augustin, San José, and more worthy visiting, as well as the highest peak of the island of Ibiza, Sa Talaia with 475 meters.

Big recommendation

Villa was very nice and beautiful. It was a good area and close to many beaches and cities. Anna was very friendly and helpful all the time. The check-in was very smooth, thanks to Javier who met us at the villa when we arrived and told everything about the Villa and gave us the keys.

Spacious and very agreable house

We were a group of 2 families with kids and had a very nice stay in this house. The house is spacious , and confortable, it looks exactly as the photos. The exteriors with the swimming pool are very agreable as well. Javier is a very helpful host , he even recommended us a baby sitter. The only thing we found were missing in the house was a hook in the bathroom and Javier provided it after we mentioned it . I would totally recommend this house.

Perfekte Ferien Villa

Wir hatten eine traumhaft schönen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Ein Ort der puren Erholung, da diese Gegend ruhig gelegen ist. Schöne Strände in der Nähe und auch sonst alles leicht erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht von Handtüchern bis Komplett eingerichtete Küche. Im Erdgeschoss ist alles zur Poolseite Glas und man kann sowohl vom Zimmer als auch vom Wohnzimmer und Küche nach draußen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Sonnenliegen ebenso. Desweiteren gemütliche Sitzkissen draußen. Wer sich ins Nachtleben stürzen will kann dies auch leicht mit dem Auto oder sogar Bus erreichen. Taxi fahren ist wesentlich günstiger als in Deutschland, nach Sant Antoni ca 12,- Euro um z.B. den schönen Sonnenuntergang bei Café del Mar zu genießen. Oder nach Ibiza Stadt ca 30, - Euro. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns in dieses Haus verliebt und kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely house for a great vacation

Stayed at this house twice last year. The house is located close to the best beaches on the island and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The surroundings are nice and offer enough parking for up to 3-4 cars within the property (fenced in). The pool has a nice size and its nice to have one if you want to spend some time away from the beaches. The interior of the house is designed with style and there are 4 perfect rooms. The two rooms upstairs have both king beds and their own bathroom which is nice, so ideal for a vacation with friendly couples.
