One of the best!

We had an amazing stay at Christoph place. The pictures do not make justice to the apartment for how lovely is! Well equipped( with everything you need and wish), the kitchen is newly renovated and the items are all new(we used a frying pan and a pot brand new). The view of the ski slope is spectacular! The communication with a Christoph was very easy and smooth, very eager to help and answer all our questions. Next year if is available we will book it again! Recommended 100%

Good location and apartment but...

quite dated and neglected. The electricity blew multiple times and we figured out how to fix it so wasn't the end of the world, but not what you want when you are on holiday. The bath leaked from the outlet onto the floor, through the wall and into the toilet. A tad unsettling when the electricity kept blowing! haha! Lots of excess kitchenalia in the tiny kitchen so had to rearrange to fit food in which was a bit annoying. Also be aware that you are responsible for cleaning the apartment and the sheets at the end of the rental so factor that in to your budget or it will be taken out of your deposit as there is no management on site. Hours of the launderette don't really fit in with the check out time, so is quite hard to make this system work. Really good location though and very sunny!

I'm very surprised and disappointed with your comment, witch don't reflect the courtesy of your messages during your holiday. It's the first time I heard electricity problem. In addition, a new electric meter has just been installed during your stay. When you normaly use the bathtub, you don't have to fill it over the overflow. The kitchen is fully equiped with tools for cooking for 4 people. Concerning the bed linen, I have already explain to you, that it isn't sheets but protect matress. They were cleaned just before your stay. I don't understand your remark regarding the deposit since I pay back your deposit in full. You contact me a lot of time to get some information about La Plagne ski resort and I answer to your questions very cordially and quickly. Lastly, I want to underline that the next renter (just arrived after you) complain because the apartment was very dirty : protect matress rolled like a ball on the floor, line of dirt in the bath, the table still had evidence of meals, dishes not put away in cupboard. Fortunately, most of renters have better behaviour than you. Each renter has to live the apartement in a clean state to satisfy the next tenant. It's the elementary rule of "knowing how to live".

Nous avons eu une semaine de soleil et avons pu vérifier à quel point l’appartement était baigné de soleil. L’accès direct aux pistes, les grands espaces pour se chausser près du local à skis sont très appréciables.

L’appartement est très bien positionné et surtout ski aux pieds. La literie de très mauvaise qualité Pas de couette que des vieilles couvertures Nous avons eu un très gros problème de chauffage durant tout le séjour, pourtant signalé au propriétaire le 1er jour (le samedi)de notre arrivée, le technicien et venu le mercredi, soit 5 jours après notre arrivée, pour finalement trouver aucune solution à part de nous proposer un grille pain qui ne chauffe rien bref. Nous avons eu froid, ce qui n’est pas agréable à la montagne surtout avec des températures négatives. Il nous a également fallu nettoyer les toilettes ainsi que la salle de bain à notre arrivée. C’est bien dommage l’appartement est bien mais mal entretenu.

Bonjour Monsieur, Au sujet du problème du chauffage, je me dois de préciser vos propos et de les remettre dans le contexte. Vous m'avez effectivement signalé un convecteur défectueux, le 1° soir de votre arrivée (cf votre message à 21h30). Vous oubliez simplement de mentionner, qu'une solution a été trouvée et mise en oeuvre dès le lendemain dimanche matin. En outre, je me dois de préciser que le chauffage principal de l'appartement, est un chauffage collectif par le sol qui fonctionne parfaitement. Les convecteurs muraux ne sont que des chauffages d'appoint. Les locataires de la semaine précédente ne m'ont pas signalé la panne du convecteur, ni un quelconque problème de température dans l'appartement. Enfin, suite à l'intervention du technicien que vous mentionnez, ce dernier m'a confirmé que la température de l'appartement (orienté sud) était confortable, et il m'a fait part de son étonnement, en vous voyant en short et Tee-shirt dans l'appartement ... Devant tant de mauvaise foi, je n'en dis pas plus. Bien à vous

Gérant à l’écoute et disponible pour répondre à nos questions, appartement bien situé avec parking et piste à proximité, ascenseur proche de l’appartement, ce qu’il est pratique pour s’installer rapidement sans traverser les couloirs. Appartement répondant à nos attentes pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Je recommande.
