Luxury private chalet in Saalbach-Hinterglemm Ideal for family groups and groups

Chalet Lengau is a well-appointed 4 bedroom chalet set in the beautiful Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski resort, 1½ hours' drive from Salzburg, Austria. The skiing in the Glemm valley is amongst the best in Austria, with the vast Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski circus on your doorstep. The Reiterkogel Bahn recently linked up with Fieberbrunn over the mountains and with 410 kms of ski runs the Circus is one of the biggest in Austria. For the 2019 - 20 ski season the connection was made from Saalbach to Zell am See.

Chalet Lengau lies in a 'winter wonderland' setting surrounded by snow covered forests, streams and mountain peaks, yet is less than a 5-minute ski bus ride to the nearest lift, Hochalm Bahn. The free ski bus terminus is a few minutes' walk from the chalet by The Hotel Lengauerhof. The chalet has been designed as the perfect base for your skiing holiday, offering total comfort as well as convenience. Just enjoy the breathtaking views, the private sauna, and the great open plan lifestyle!

Please arrive after 3pm and leave by 9.30 am.

Please note that we also need to collect a tourist tax of EUR 3 per person per night for all people over 15 years old. We will add this amount to your booking after confirmation.

Nice chalet!

We really enjoyed our stay at this chalet in Lengau! We are a family of 8 (18+). It was well equipped. Big enough for all of us. It is a little walk to the ski bus. Also no shops nearby. But the closest slope is is Not far by bus. We recommend this chalet very much! The housekeeper Is also A very pleasant man!

Very well appointed chalet - including sauna which was a real bonus - and perfectly located. It is situated in a quiet, but easily accessible location, but close enough to the main amenities of town if required. All in all, a fantastic dwelling with very helpful owners in an amazing location!

Wonderful family friendly chalet

My family and I have stayed in this chalet for the past three years. The property is modern and very well equipped, and is perfectly suited for family holidays or with a group of friends. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a large open plan kitchen and lounge, the property is ideally suited for relaxing before and after a long day on the slopes. The property has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, and is located approximately one mile from the fantastic ski lifts which link to Saalbach and Hinterglemm.

This is a family-owned chalet which is regularly maintained. We have a very helpful Haus Meister who will help with any problem you might have.

Why they chose this property

The best of all worlds. In a quiet location with the most fantastic views but also very convenient for the free ski bus and close to Hochalm Bahn and Zwolfer-Nord Bahn.
Nursery slopes for learners close by at Hochalm Bahn.
Ski schools for the kids at Hinterglemm.

What makes this property unique

Amid beautiful scenery at the base of the mountains, yet within 5 minutes walk from the ski bus and Hinterglemm. Just a few minutes away from a winter sleigh ride up the mountain to Lindlingalm and a toboggan ride down.
In the summer take the tractor train for a ride up to the Hochseilpark, unique in Europe.
Up the mountain by Lindlingalm there are summer activities for all ages.
