About this property

Luxury family holiday home, private sauna and Jacuzzi terrace with great views

The accommodation is on the left side of a semi-detached house and is spread over 3 floors and offers facilities for 8 persons (10 persons maximum, if using the sofa bed).
Because Dopplerhaus is built on / in a hill, it is only accessible via a steep staircase, so unfortunately this accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users or people in poor health.
Dopplerhaus is a smoke-free property.

Amenities include:
Underfloor heating throughout the house with individual thermostats in each room.

Einfach alles traumhaft

Wir haben das Haus für 10 Tage gemietet. Das Haus gibt sehr viel Raum, ist sehr Komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht. In die Umgebung kann man wandern ohne Ende, es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten in eine Kreis von 10 KM. Wir werden beim Vermieter sehr freundlich durch das Haus geführt und weiter in Ruhe gelassen, also maximale Privatsphäre ist gewährleistet. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal dort hingehen.

Fantastic for families

We are a family of five who travelled with 2 friends. The house was even better than it looks in the photo, Froukje and Ian have done it up to a high standard, and it is a extremely clean and comfortable space, with lots of storage and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed using the hot tub with amazing views of the mountains. The games room with football table was a hit with the children. Froukje and Ian met us when we got there and were very helpful both then and throughout our trip. The Mozart chocolates were a nice touch. We enjoyed our chats with Ian (Froukje was away during our stay). All in all, a fabulous holiday house in a beautiful location, thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

Good location, excellent residence and pleasant property owners.

The house provided us a good jump off point to the ski resorts in the Kaprun/Zell am See area. The house had much to offer for our two families with kids. Additionally the ski lockers both near parking and at the house were a nice touch to keep our gear dry and warm. Would definitely come back.

Waren mit 3 Familien übers Wochenende da, alle waren sehr zufrieden, Kinderfreudliche Ausstattung vom Spielzeug, Spielezimmer, Kinderbetten bis hin zu Disney Bücher & DVDs mit TV alles da. Tolles Modernes Haus mit Jacuzzi, schönen Ausblick und einem Holzgrill inclusive. Herzlich, Hilfsbereite, Freundliche Besitzer.
