Furnished studio of 23 m² in a tree-filled and secure residence, close to all amenities. You will also appreciate its calm after a day at the beach.
The beach is just 2 minutes by car from the residence. Besides a parking space awaits you in front of the building of the residence. A bus line is also located 1min walk.
Provision of the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, convertible corner sofa, TV and furnished terrace.
On request possibilities to provide a travel cot, 1 or 2 person air mattress, household linen.
A transport service between the station and the residence is also available, do not hesitate to tell us about your needs.

Location qui correspond au descriptif
Location correcte dommage que l on ait trouver un studio très defraichi, attention a l installation électrique, pc, multi prises....
Très mauvaises odeurs de litière ou urine de chat dans la cage d'escalier, palier inférieur et le soir sur le balcon( pour le syndic): dommage.
Sinon accueil et abords très satisfaisants.
Peu de chose a changer pour que ce soit parfait.

Je suis surpris de votre commentaire, je ne suis malheureusement pas responsable des odeurs dans la cage d’escalier et ne peux rien faire si les autres locataires / ci-propriétaires ne respectent pas les parties communes.
J’entends pour le rafraîchissement pour la partie cuisine, la salle de bain ayant été rénovée la saison dernière, celle-ci sera refaite avant la fin de l’année.
Néanmoins, sauf erreur de ma part, je crois que vous avez tout de même passé un bon séjour et espère vous revoir la saison prochaine ;)

Super séjour, propriétaires fort agréables !
Nous sommes plus que ravis de notre séjour dans ce studio pratique, très bien situé et bien équipé. Les propriétaires se sont montrés à l'écoute et très généreux en conseils de visites, restos, etc. La ville et l'environnement sont vraiment vivants à cette époque de l'année. Nous avons tant tardé à mettre un avis uniquement parce que nous ne savions pas comment nous y prendre - désolés ! Cette adresse est hautement recommandable pour un rapport qualité prix tout à fait raisonnable.
