Romantic Country Chic-House recently modernized to an high standard, strategically located easy to reach SIENA just 35 minutes drive, 45 minutes drive from CORTONA and Trasimeno Lake.
Less than Five miles from the nearest shops in Monte San Savino city at 650 meters above sea level, in a small quiet hamlet, far from noise, the House boasts a Superb VIEW on SIENA.
Nearby destinations: SIENA, CHIANTI AREA, CORTONA and TRASIMENO LAKE, and just 1Hours drive from REGGELLO LUXURY MALL.
The Indoor surface of 105 sqm consists of:
at the Ground Floor living room and dining room, bathroom with wash machine / laundry corner, shower; 1st master bedroom + ensuite with shower, comfy double sofa bed. First Floor accessed by internal wooden staircase: 2nd master bedroom + ensuite with shower, a 3rd master bedroom with with no window, which shares the bath at the ground floor. Comfy double sofa bed at the ground floor suitable for 2 kids / teens, separated on 3 sides with gray mobile tcurtains to get total privacy.
A covered patio facing the pool for al fresco dining up to 8 guests; garden of 600sqm and modern infinity swimming pool with jacuzzi; best stunning view on SIENA hills; adjacent agricultural land, planted with olive trees. Carpark up to 4 cars.
Perfect venue for family retreats, bunch of friends, romantic couples, and great for your inseparable 4-legged friends.
Each guest will be provided with bed linens and 1 set of 3 bath towels (medium + small + shower bath) + pool towel.

Wonderful Location

The picturesque setting is truly beautiful. The communication was clear, professional, kind and present. Great beds, pool, view and location. It is an easy drive to Sienna and the other Tuscan towns. Communication through the WhatsApp is helpful with the managers of the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Location

A very nice house at a top location with a stunning view on the hills of the tuscany. We all enjoyed the infinity pool and having dinner outside during sunset. The rental and house service is very professional. Very good communication from Monica and support from Stefania & Family. Thanks to everybody serving us during our stay at Romantic House. It was a great time. Best regards with a top scoring from Germany!

Stunning place!

Our family went on an amazing vacation and this was one of our favorite stops. The romantic house was perfect for the 8 of us. We absolutely loved it there and loved everything about it. We would highly recommend! *the only thing that I would let travelers know and I don’t know if this is just seasonal. At least in August , definitely bring bug spray, the romantic house does a great job of trying to keep the bugs away because once you leave the property, if you want to go for a walk or something holy horse flies. But definitely be aware of the bugs.

Heel leuk contact nog voor we aankwamen. Vriendelijk onthaald. Proper en goed voorzien van alles. 1 slaapkamer vrij licht omwille van ramen die uitgeven op de living. 3 badkamers! Diepvriesje vriest niet zo hard. Zalig zwembad! Supermooi onderhouden tuin. Rustig. Op 20min rijden van winkel. Genieten!

Amazing village home with fantastic views of Sienna and the valley below. A little bit out of the way, but if you want to find a place tucked away in the mountain country of Tuscany…this is the place.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our three night stay here - only wish it could have been longer! I was impressed by the pre-trip communication from the property manager, who was in touch with me several times before our stay, and frequently as the the actual date approached. We were traveling from the U.S. and I was very comfortable everything was going to go as planned based on the quality and frequency of the communication that was provided pre-trip. They helped guide us to the property and get settled in. We did have two issues with regards to hot water and a clogged drain immediately upon checkin, but they were quickly resolved by the property manager. We loved the infinity pool, the general peacefulness of the surroundings, and the nearby dining establishments. Would definitely stay again!

Under the Tuscan Sun

This country home is beautiful and was great for our trip to Italy. Located an hour from Cortona and an hour from Sienna, it was a great launching point for sightseeing and wine tasting. The pool and outdoor space was perfect for lazy afternoons. The host was on it!! We had many requests, including, stocking the frig, lining up drivers and having a couple local ladies come cook for us, all taken care of by the host!! Several local restaurants down the road, which we enjoyed as well Highly recommend this house!!
