Ideally located on the west coast of the island of Oléron 3 km north of Cotinière and west of Saint-Pierre d'Oléron, this villa is the perfect place to relax in peace and away from the sea. crowd. Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Perfekt auch für Familien mit Kindern, da das Grundstück komplett umschlossen ist und höchste Privatsphäre bietet. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Kind (3 Jahre), aber auch mit einem weiteren Kind wäre es kein Problem gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und vieles ist sehr neu (z.B. auch die Bäder). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer bieten viel Stauraum. Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert ebenso wie der Empfang vor Ort. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Très agréable

Gite propre, bien décoré, bien équipé. Propriétaires sympathiques et consciencieux. Tres belle ile. Il y a une plage accessible à pieds à 5mn du gite. Elle est rocailleuse. Alors elle est plus agréable pour la pêche à pieds que la baignade.

Très chouette gîte dans le très calme village de La Biroire. Très proche du port de la Cotinière et ses facilités, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage... Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Une location à recommander

La maison est très bien agencée avec de nombreux équipements récents autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le quartier est très calme, il y a une plage accessible en 10 minutes à pied. La Cotinière est à 15 minutes en vélo avec tous les commerces nécessaires. En résumé une location à recommander pour passer un agréable séjour sur l'île.

Très agréable séjour, plage à 500m de l’habitation. Nous avons loué des vélos pour profiter de l’île, la maison est située parfaitement pour profiter des pistes cyclables avoisinantes. La maison est parfaitement équipée, terrasse agréable et quartier très calme. Chouette barbecue pour profiter des soirées dehors. Je recommande totalement cette maison. Accueil très sympathique avec le propriétaire qui nous a donné les bons conseils sur l’ile (plage, randonnée, magasins d’alimentation).

Villa très agréable avec l'agrandissement récent comprenant 2 chambres spacieuses et confortables. La suite parentale indépendante est très appréciable aussi mais attention au lit rustique qui n'est pas adapté aux personnes de grandes tailles. Grande Terrasse, jardin et mer toute proche, tout nous invite à vivre dehors pour profiter au maximum du soleil.

Très jolie maison, bien aménagée, bien équipée au calme dans un petit hameau charmant... La petite plage est à deux pas, ainsi que la piste cyclable. Le contact avec les propriétaires est des plus agréables. En bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location..

Nous avons passé trois semaines très agréables, en profitant des visites des sites caractéristiques de l'île, des plages dont celles de la biroire (sable et rochers) . La plus proche est à 10 minutes à pieds de la maison. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée . On s'y sent comme chez soi. Le jardin et la belle terrasse sont très appréciables pour des repas conviviaux et des moments de détente. La qualité de l'accueil est à la hauteur de la gentillesse et de la disponibilité des propriétaires . Nous recommandons vivement cette location idéale pour des belles et bonnes vacances .

Aucune mauvaise surprise dance cette location, tout ce qui est annoncé est conforme : la plage est à 2 pas, la maison est fournie en tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable...la seule chose qui ne s'y trouve pas : les propriétaires sont charmants, le petit port de la Cotinière est à 2 pas et on y trouve des huîtres de rêve pour rien, ...bref nous avons eu un séjour de rêve !
