The Magnolia White is a private, peaceful and comfortable villa arranged over two floors inside a little apartment on the beach Which Consists in total of 3 independent buildings (Magnolia White included).

Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a big kitchen with a terrace equipped with BBQ, a bathroom and two living rooms where you can watch tv, playing games, books to read or if it's winter, relax yourself in front of the fireplace.
From the living room you can access to the terrace overlooking the garden and the sea. Here you can enjoy a wonderful colored sunset everyday! The terrace is separated with the neighboring apartment with a green plant divider to guarantee your privacy.
From the kitchen downstairs you can join the "Cantina", a fresh area That links the apartment with the private common area: the garage. Here you'll find the table tennis and the billiard (please do not move them from inside to outside, they could get damaged!)
On the upper floor of the house, there are 3 Queen-size bedrooms (max 7 people), each one with private toilet, shower, TV, FUN, heating, and balcony with view on the sea. From the terrace you can admire an amazing landscape.
Also upstairs there is the laundry: you will find here all you need for doing housekeeping and laundering.

OUTSIDE: the garden and the beach.
The large garden and the outside areas are in common with the other guests of the other two apartment of the residence. The garden is more or less 2 000 square meters. In the garden you'll have the Possibility to stay in a real connection with the nature and to relax yourself on the solarium area. Also you can play sports, make jogging, have a quite meal under the gazebo green or simply resting outside reading a book, tanning and admiring the silence.
Every day in the afternoon a gardener will come to take care of the garden.
The beach (both sand and rocks) is a little paradise where you can sunbathe, swim, sleep or play some nice sports, read a book or relax yourself under the shadow of trees. you can reach it comfortably direct from the garden. If you love wild natural places, this little almost private beach linked from the garden with the villa, is the place you're looking for. But if you are looking for a traditional sand beach, provided of all comforts you can reach in 5 min walking the beach called Ciammarita.

"The White Magnolia" is a quiet seaside villa.
The apartment, on two floors, is equipped with 6 bedrooms (seats with the possibility of adding an additional single bed). The lower floor consists of: a living kitchen overlooking veranda furnished and equipped with barbecue; a guest bathroom; a lounge with fireplace and TV; reading area with fireplace which leads to the veranda and garden overlooking the sea.
The upper floor has three double bedrooms, each with a private (two bathrooms with shower and one with shower and bath tub), TV, two of the rooms have a spacious balcony with sea views, while the third has a large terrace Overlooking the mountain; Laundry.

Outdoor spaces in common with the other two of the residence facilities are:
