A very nice flat, we felt welcome and we liked it very much. Location is great, the flat has everything what you need. We found a fruit basket and a bottle of sparkling wine after arrival. What a nice surprise after few hours traveling.

Quiet and beautiful view on the lake

The house is perfectly situated on the island with a splendid view and nice garden. The place is confortable, convenient and very clean. Emilio is a very helpfull, nice and friendly host. Many things to do on the island, many restaurants for all tastes and people there are particularly nice. Have a try, you will (re)discover how simple ideas can be a real treat for you and your couple/family.

Excellent location. Close to shops including a bakery and general store. Lovely garden but constant flow of people walking past. Swimming in the lake possible about a 10 minute walk away. Watch out for mosquitoes in mid summer.

My Home Monte Isola - very aptly named.

Everything was perfect! Elena and Emilio - a lovely couple who go the extra mile to ensure that you have a very special holiday. Their interest in your enjoyment of your holiday is very obvious. My Home - this property has all the comforts of home. It has been put together very tastefully and everything has been thought of. During our two weeks here, we didn't once need anything that wasn't in the house. It is bright, airy and comfortable. The Garden - idyllic! We found it hard to drag ourselves away from it to enjoy all that the island had to offer. As with the house, anything you could wish for, was present here too. Peschiera Maraglio / Monte Isola - a truly beautiful place that we feel privileged to have spent time in. It is a truly beautiful spot that offered many walking opportunities with stunning views. Restaurants, shops etc - we had some very memorable meals within walking distance of the house and all at very reasonable prices. Any day to day food needs were well catered for also in the village. The ferry - super efficient. We bought a very handy weekly ticket. Correspondence prior to our holiday was prompt and gave us confidence that we had made the right choice of accomodation. All in all, we had one of the best holidays ever in this beautiful place. We didn't want the holiday to end and would highly recommend it. We will definitely return!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist die beste Ausgestattete Wohnung die wir bis jetzt hatten. Hier stimmt alles von Anfang bis Ende. Man braucht nichts mitnehmen, es ist alles vorhanden. Sehr modern und neu. Emilio ist ein toller netter Gastgeber.Ein sehr schöner Garten zum Essen und relaxen. Fairer Weise muß man auch sagen das halt viele Tagestouristen beim vorbeigekommen in den Garten schauen. Wer im See baden möchte findet ein paar hundert Meter weiter eine große Wiese mit idealem Einstieg in den See. Dort gibt es auch Schattenplätze. Wir können die Unterkunft 100% empfehlen.

Eine schöne Zeit auf Monte Isola

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Emilio bei unserer Anreise in Empfang genommen. Er hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen um uns die Ferienwohnung zu zeigen und uns Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Als tolle Aufmerksamkeit seitens der Vermieter gab es eine Schale voll mit Obst, einen lokalen Sekt aus der Region und andere Getränke im Kühlschrank. Das war sehr nett! Der Garten mit Blick auf den Iseosee ist einfach traumhaft. Sehr schön ausgestattet und möbliert. Auch die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für uns Gäste gab es allen Komfort. Angefangen beim Bademantel, Kosmetika bis hin zur technischen Ausstattung. Wir kommen gern wieder und unsere Tochter wollte gar nicht weg, so schön fand sie es.

Idyllic!

Beautiful, spotless holiday home. Emilio is very courteous and gave suggestions for things to do on the island. The garden has an enviable view of the lake, Two bikes come with the rental so you can get to other villages on the island. Very effective air conditioning which was really appreciated in July. Next time we visit the island we’ll stay at Emilio’s home for sure!

Schöne Unterbringung direkt am See. Wir haben uns in dieser sauberen und freundlich eingerichteten Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Man sollte vielleicht darauf hinweisen, dass das Bett nur eine Matratze hat und der Schlafraum nicht abgeschlossen ist. Außerdem wurde kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm empfangen.

Emilio war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, sehr bempht, hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Wohnung war top ausgestattet. Die Leihräder waren super, um die Insel zu erkunden und haben vor allem den Kindern großen Spaß gemacht. Jederzeit wieder!

Fantastische Unterkunft

Uns hat es bei Elena und Emilio super gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war toll, direkt am See, mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Auch die Kommunikation mit Elena und Emilio hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Appartement war top ausgestattet, hier hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Obst, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Saft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, im Appartement ist alles vorhanden, es ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, nahe am Hafen, aber nicht zu nah. Den Garten haben wir wegen der vielen Mücken leider kaum genutzt. Aber am Seeufer könnten wir schön sitzen.

This was our second visit to My Home in Monte Isola and it was as fabulous as the first. The location is nothing other than perfect, the apartment is comfortable, well equipped and well styled. A calm and relaxing space inside and out. And to top it all the hosts are the most delightful people - always helpful but never intrusive. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Garten direkt am See

Wir waren zu viert und hatten an der Wohnung nichts auszusetzen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt: Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein geräumiges Bad inkl. Handtüchern und ein Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Entweder unter den Olivenbäumen oder dem Sonnenschirm. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum nächsten Fähranleger und man kann direkt vor dem Haus in den See springen, wenn man möchte.

Ein traumhafter Ort mit einem bezauberndem Blick über den See!!

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, die bei den Temperaturen in diesem Sommer sehr hilfreich war! Gute Betten, auch das Schlafsofa! Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns zu Beginn mit Getränken und Obst versorgt haben. Zahlreiche Aktivitäten zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad, mit dem Schiff sind direkt von der Wohnung aus möglich. Bezaubernde kleine Ortschaften auf der Insel und auch drumherum. Ein sehr schöner See zum Baden, direkt gegenüber der Wohnung oder auch 200 Meter weiter an der Badestelle! Alles wirklich sehr schön!

Superbe location avec jardin sur lac

Location très bien située sur l'île de Monte Isola, face au lac, les photos parlent d'elles même. Superbe cadre. A 5-10min à pied du ferry donc facile de relier Sulzano pour visiter d'autres lieux comme Bergamo (45min voiture) que nous avons pu visiter sur une journée. Maison très propre, moderne, très bien équipée en cuisine. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits avec 2 enfants en bas âge (3 ans et 6 mois). Jeux, chaise haute, lit bébé à disposition. Vélos disponibles pour se balader sur l'île, très sympa en famille (faire juste un peu attention aux scooters qui parfois roulent vite!). A noter que la chambre attenante au salon n'a pas de portes, donc un peu de luminosité le matin et à noter pour coucher les enfants le soir (nous dormions dans le lit canapé). Dans tous les cas super séjour et hôtes très sympas!

Tolles Zuhause auf der Monte Isola!

The here is little to say - if you want to relax in beautiful surroundings go and stay! The apartment is an easy space to be in; comfortable, stylish and has everything you want. The owners are happy, helpful and kind. The island is fabulous. Go! Discover the lake and the island. You will love it too !

Wunderbares Appartment, Einzigartig direkt am See

Zu viert kamen wir auf der schönen Insel an. Runter von der Fähre und einfach 300 m nach links und schon standen wir vor unserem Appartment. Schon der Blick in den Garten bestätigte die Bilder - einfach herrlich! Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Eine solch große Auswahl an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien (inkl. Nespressomaschine) hatten wir noch nie. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das lag auch an der herzlichen Begrüßung von Elena und Emilio. Ein Obstteller, Wein, Wasser und Softdrinks für die Kinder standen schon bereit. Das Elternbett hat sehr gute Matratzen. Für die Kinder stand eine Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Ein toller Service waren auch die Fahrräder, mit denen man gemütlich die Insel umrunden konnte. Danke an Emilio für den Tip nach rechts zu fahren (an der kleinen Badewiese vorbei). So hat man nur einen (kurzen) Aufstieg. Danke auch an "Nonno" fürs Luftaufpumpen der Fahrräder. Zum Grillen sind wir leider nicht gekommen, aber auch hierfür stand alles zur Verfügung. Kleiner Restauranttip: Trattoria Al Campel - im Ort ein paar Stufen nach oben, dann 200 m nach links und dann wird die kurze Anstrengung mit einem wunderschönem Blick und gutem, ehrlichem Essen belohnt (Fisch und Nudeln- sehr lecker, Vino Frizzante de la casa mhm...). Zurück zum Appartment, vielen Dank an Elena und Emilio für ihre Gastfreundschaft!!! Grazie mille -Veniamo di nuovo! Wenn Sie einmal um Ihre Unterkunft beneided werden wollen, dann wohnen sie hier!

Excellent property in a beautiful location

My mother & I visited in May and we had a lovely stay in Elena & Emilio's apartment. They were very welcoming and kindly left some fresh fruit and refreshments for our arrival. The apartment is very modern was equipped with everything you could need & more. It was spotlessly clean and we made good use of the beautiful private garden overlooking the lake. The location is truly magnificent, right on the lake shore and beside the small village of Peschiera Maraglio where there are ample restaurants, cafes & bars. During our stay we used the free bicycles provided & we walked the many trails which cross Monte Isola. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and hope that we can revisit again.
