At the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, Campanet, you ´ll find this beautiful villa with private pool and accommodation for 6 people.
The private chlorine pool has a size of 10m x 4m and a depth of 1m to 1.9m, where you can swim with views of the countryside and of the mountains.There are four sunbeds available which invite you to relax and to sunbathe and for cooling down there is an outside shower. There is a furnished terrace next to the pool which is an idyllic spot for outdoor dining. Depending on season and availability you can pick oranges, lemons, figs and almonds in the garden. There is an outside bathroom with shower next to the pool. This beautiful house is fenced and there are some neighbors in the surroundings.

Inside the house you will find a rustic living room with satellite TV who invites you to spend unforgettable moments in family. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a vitro ceramic. The laundryroom has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. Regarding to the bedrooms, there is one bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor, one of them with a double bed and bathroom with shower and another bedroom with twin beds. There is another bathroom with bath on the first floor. All bedrooms are bright and have windows to the garden.

This beautiful property is located on the outskirts of Campanet, a very quiet village and in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana. In the center of the village there is a grocery store,some good restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy and cafes.The surroundings are wonderful for hiking or biking to, for example, the underground sources Ses Fonts Ufanes that spring after heavy rains, the small village of Binibona, the monastery of Lluc or to neighboring villages Moscari and Selva. A car is necessary.

Regarding the beaches, you have the choice between sandy beaches and rocky coves in the north of the mountains. The next sandy beach is in Puerto de Alcudia and is perfect for families as it has every service you can imagine, Playa de Muro is a quieter beach, protected by dunes. If you like walking, you can reach Alcudia to Can Picafort, through all Playa de Muro. In the Tramuntana you find beautiful coves of stone like Port des Canonge and Port de Valldemossa.

Wir haben das Haus, wie beschrieben angetroffen. Es liegt ruhig und doch nicht weit vom nächsten Ort. Ein besonderes Highlight war der grosse Pool mit sehr guter Wasserqualität ( wenig Chlor). Die Kücheneinrichtung ist ein wenig spartanisch, aber das Wichtigste ist vorhanden. Nur die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr klein und langsam. Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden. Ein Ventilator im oberen Stock wäre sicher gut, da es sehr heiss dort ist. Es waren wunderschöne Ferientage.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist wunderbar groß und bietet eine gute Abkühlung. Man kann es sich sehr gemütlich machen auf der Terrasse mit den Liegen und dem überdachten Sitzbereich. Leider war es sehr heiß und die fehlende Klimaanlage spürte man im Haus deutlich. Durch das nächtliche Lüften hatten wir dann auch täglich Besuch von kleinen Eidechsen. Die Lage ist für die Erkundung der Insel praktisch, dadurch dass man schnell auf der Autobahn ist. Zu den schönen Stränden von Alcudia ist es auch nicht weit.

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt

Die Finca hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Insgesamt wirkte die Finca sehr lieblos und wenig einladend. Die Küche war nicht besonders sauber. Die Dunstabzugshaube klebte vom Fett. Der Kühlschrank hat zwei Tage nach chlorhaltigen Putzmittel gerochen. Der Pool machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Das Wasser war trüb, es waren viele Schwebeteilchen im Wasser, die sich am Grund des Pools ablagerten. Der Poolservice konnte leider auch keine Abhilfe schaffen. Die oberen Schlafräume konnten bei den hohen Temperaturen nicht zum Schlafen genutzt werden. Wir würden diese Finca nicht weiterempfehlen.

If you want peace and quite, its great. A bit far to walk to village to get to shop or restaurant Villa is huge, plenty of room. Bathrooms are nice and there is extra bathroom just by the pool. Very quiet location. Pool is big and cleaned buy hosts regularly. Lots of towels to use and kitchen is well equipped. Nice garden around and you can pick figs, lemons. Whole house was invaded by ants. hosts said its is countryside, its what you get. I quite disagree I think there should be in house ants deterring devices etc. Ants where everywhere, kitchen, bathrooms, beds, rooms and floors.

Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb von Campanet. Der Ausblick auf das Tramutana Gebirge jeden morgen und Abend ist unbeschreiblich. Die Übergabe läuft problemlos und regelmäßig wird sich um die Belange der Finca gekümmert (Hausmeister, Poolreinigung, Wäschewechsel etc.) Vielen Lieben Dank. Besonders die Bereitstellung des Kinderbetts und des Hochstuhls möchten wir hervorheben. Für bis zu 6 Personen unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Wir waren zu 5. für 10 Tage lang in der Finca und es war alles super. :-) Die Finca war sehr sauber als wir angekommen sind und die Schlüsselbox macht ein flexibles Ankommen super möglich. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, alle Küchengeräte + Geschirr und ein Grill sind vorhanden. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein eigenes Badezimmer und ein 4. Bad befindet sich im Außenbereich direkt neben dem Pool, somit muss man nicht nass durch das Haus laufen! Jeden 2. Tag kam jemand um den Pool zu reinigen und die Pflanzen zu gießen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Inca - hier ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt nötig. Alles in alles war unser Aufenthalt super und auch der Checkt out war super unkompliziert - haben mit der Besitzerin sogar noch einen Kaffe getrunken und wurden nett verabschiedet. :-) Gerne wieder!

Gerne wieder: Tolles Haus, noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr sauber, hell, komfortable Zimmer, toller Pool und Garten, keine direkten Nachbarn, in der Natur gelegen, ruhig (man hört nur die Tiere in der Umgebung, unter anderem Hühner, und ab und zu Autos - Ein Stück hinter dem Haus ist eine kleine Landstraße, die man in Garten aber kaum hört. Bei unserem Besuch im Oktober führen nur wenige Autos). Das Haus liegt etwas abgeschieden, ein Auto ist sinnvoll. Es ist möglich in das nahgelegene Dorf zu laufen in ca. 15 Minuten (4 Minuten mit dem Auto). In dem Dorf gibt es ein paar Cafes, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Der CheckIn und die Vermietung läuft über eine Agentur. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe haben schnell und problemlos funktioniert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht.

Super accomodatie/perfect house,

Van 30 juli t/m 7 augustus 2019 verbleven wij in dit huis net buiten Campanet. Wij (2 volw. en 4 kinderen) hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf hier. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Het zwembad was echt super heerlijk. Ook fijn dat er buiten een toilet/douche aanwezig was. De eigenaresse is echt super aardig en attent. Ze wil je overal mee helpen. Al met al bevelen wij die huisje zeker aan. From July 30 till August 7 2019 we stayed at this property just outside Campanet. We (2 adults en 4 children) enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything we needed was available. The pool was perfect. We also loved the bathroom outside at the swimming pool. The owner is very polite and helpfull. She will help you with everything. We realy recommend this house.

only one problem

we would like you to reply and tell us who to write to so that we can get compensation for the following...... the pool was filthy when we arrived, lots of insects and dirt at the bottom and insects floating on the top and a bad smell.. we would expect it to be ready to use from day 1... we complained and four and a half days into the 6 day holiday a pool man came and cleared it... he did not put any liquid into the water so I cannot says he cleaned it... we usually smell chlorine, we were not happy to use the pool without it being cleansed... so our villa with a pool became a villa without a pool.. I await your communication
