paradise!

Fred and Cécile have created a magnificent place that shows a big love for detail. The photos are good - but do not capture the true magic of the place. For this you should go and see for yourself. We spent 10 super relaxed days in "la dune" and are already thinking about our next trip.

Zwischen Wald und Meer

Wir lieben die Ile d‘Oléron und vor allem auch Saint Trojan. Das Haus ist sehr verwinkelt gebaut, bietet allerdings viele Möglichkeiten, sich im Freien aufzuhalten. Die mögliche Anzahl von 5-10 Personen erscheint uns aber sehr hoch gegriffen. 2-4 würde besser passen.

Bonjour Merci pour votre message. Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous avez passé un agréable séjour. Concernant le nombre de couchage, effectivement vous avez loué uniquement la maison principale qui est pour 5 personnes maximum (une chambre avec lit double + une chambre avec lit double et lit simple). Quand les locataires veulent plus grand, nous ouvrons le deuxième bâtiment qui comporte 2 chambres supplémentaires une salle de bain et un WC. Dans cette configuration la maison + annexe peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes.

Ile d'Oleron Charmantes Haus zwischen Wald und Strand

Es handelt sich wirklich um ein wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und sehr großer Terrasse. Wunderbar gelegen, ruhig im Ort Saint-Trojan-les-Bains. Das Haus ist mit allem erforderlichen großzügig ausgestattet. Es ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Lieben Dank an Cecile und Fred.

Sublime !!!

Que dire ? C'est sublime ! 1- L'emplacement est top : entourée de plusieurs plages accessibles à pied et/ou en voiture en moins de 10min. Proximité avec les commerces de première nécessité (pharmacie, boulangerie, supérette, marché, banque...) 2- L'habitation est top : bien décorée, elle est agréable à vivre, on s'y sent bien. La pergola permet de profiter au maximum de l'extérieur. Le jardin clôturé est suffisant pour les enfants. Et le bonus, la balançoire qui plait à tous : parents comme enfants ! C'est certain, on reviendra ! Merci en tout cas de nous faire partager ce petit bout de paradis !

Une très agréable maison de vacances !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison oléronaise , qui a gardé son caractère authentique, tout en étant parfaitement restaurée, très joliment meublée et dotée d'équipements modernes et en bon état de marche. Rien n'y manque pour se sentir bien ! La position est idéale (tout près du bord de mer, du marais et de la forêt, et cependant à 15 minutes à pied du bourg). Les personnes de l'agence chargée de la gestion sur place sont très aimables et disponibles. En conclusion, à peine est-on parti qu'on a qu'une envie : revenir !!
