Ideally located between avignon and L'Isles sur la Sorgues, in the beautiful Provencal village of Chateauneuf de Gadagne, this beautiful villa not overlooked 140 m2 is located in a quiet area on a fenced plot of 1300 m2.
You can bathe in a traditional swimming pool Diffazur (closed by a shutter for maximum security) 4m / 10m with submerged beach 8m let you take aperitifs in water, cool to read a book, enjoy the bath with a small child.
Upstairs two bedrooms and a shower room / toilet (hydromassage shower + toilet + basin)
The ground floor hosts a kitchen with direct access to a terrace located to the east), a large dining room and living room, very bright overlooking the garden; a large room of 20 m2 with direct access to a bathroom, office and terrace.
The fenced and shaded garden with a portico (3 + 1 slide swings) is ideal to accommodate children
