This is a nice charming stand alone little house, 1 bath, 1 bed (queen size), nice kitchen, little dining area and living room. The unit includes a 32" TV, Wi-Fi and washer/dryer. One block from restaurants and public transportation, 5 min. to downtown, 5 min. to the U of U, 35 min. to Park City and Ski Resorts. Perfect little apartment

I spent several weeks at this apartment while in town for training. The location is terrific, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, a grocery store, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods. The apartment itself has everything you might need--a small kitchen, full fridge, comfortable sofa, TV, and a bathroom. The bathroom is a bit tight, but otherwise nice enough.

We attended a convention at the Energy Solutions Arena in downtown Salt Lake City and stayed in the rental house 4 nights and 5 days. The property is in a great location. There is s TRAX stop one block from the house or you can walk 3-4 blocks to the next TRAX stop and travel is in the free zone. Although we had rented this one bedroom house as shown, the generous property owner upgraded us to his two bedroom property directly in front of this property, at no extra cost, simply because it was available. The house was extremely clean and adequately furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was available and the TV had a wide selection of channels. We were very pleased and would definitely stay at either property again. The owner was very accommodating. Although we did not stay in this particular house ,I'm sure it is equally well-cared for.

Wonderful property

I stayed here for one month and enjoyed the entire stay. The location of the home is extremely close to public transportation and made it very easy to get to the hospital and back for work. The propert was close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. The property was clean and all of the amenities worked as advertised. The owner was kind and accommodating.
