The villa, free on three sides, is elevated over three floors and consists of a well-equipped kitchen with appliances (dishwasher, oven and microwave, grill, fridge, capsule espresso machine) and tools; double bedroom (or two single beds) and additional single bed with stove and bathroom-shower; dining room, lounge with satellite TV; another bathroom-shower and external patio, on the ground floor; room with study-library; small laundry room and utility room with washer and dryer; living room with fireplace and satellite TV and toilet on the first floor; double bedroom, large bathroom with whirlpool tub; dressing-study; double bedroom with fireplace and toilet, on the second floor.

The flowery garden, perfumed with citrus fruits, is equipped with a barbecue with a wood-burning oven for pizza and bread, a veranda for outdoor dining or staying idle to admire the view, garden furniture, heated Jacuzzi tub, which can accommodate comfortably 6 people and private pool.
Four-legged friends are accepted at no extra charge.
