Near several other city bus stops. The Tempe Diablo Stadium, the Desert Botanical Garden or the Phoenix Zoo are within a 10 mile radius.

My husband, our children and I have lived in the Phoenix area for over a decade. I spent most of my life in a small Midwest farm town in Illinois. I have a great appreciation for the warmth of the desert climate, the beautiful mountains, lakes, sunsets and year round golfing this area provides, not to mention, the vast entertainment choices, incredible shopping and high-energy atmosphere available in the city. We entertain our out-of-state family & friends often in our home and enjoy exploring Arizona with them. We want you to love Arizona as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
This is a great central location to access all the wonderful activities the Phoenix area has to offer. Our condo is near The Mill Avenue District, Tempe Town Lake and ASU events. Great dining, beautiful golf courses and multiple forms of public transportation are easily accessible all around you.
What makes this property unique
This condo is less than 3 miles from the ASU campus. My husband has worked at ASU for over 10 years. We also have a daughter who is in her junior year at ASU - Tempe Campus. Traveling over the years as a family of six, we put a lot of thought into the furnishings and little extras here so that everyone has an affordable and relaxing stay.
