Ideal for 4 to 6 people, in a quiet area with mountain views, this villa fully equipped with the following comforts: 'air conditioning ,, flat screen tv, kitchen open to the living room and terrace with garden furniture'.
Located just 1km from the beach of St Cyprien and also near the beaches of Pinarello, Cala-Rossa, Palombaggia, Santa-Giulia as well as the natural pools of Cavu.
Nearby shops and various activities including: bakery, convenience store, ice cream parlors, restaurants, boat rental, bikes, diving club.

Très bon logement mais ...Si Abritel travaille en France, il serait judicieux que ces demandes de retour de qualité se fasse aussi en francais.De même que son app qui ne fonctionne qu'en anglais en Belgique on parle français donc pas utilisable

Agréable location

Maison de plein pied dans un quartier résidentiel très calme entre Lecci et San Ciprianu. Excellent accueil de notre hôte, Hélène, qui nous a guidé à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une région merveilleuse.

Gîte récent, fonctionnel et spacieux. Très bien situé : proche des plages et de Porto Vecchio mais également pas loin de la mer. Accueil discret mais sympathique Belle surprise en arrivant : le trampoline dans le jardin qui a ravi les enfants.

Sauber, hell, ruhig, modern und luxuriös ausgestattet, sehr gut gelegen, WiFi...besser geht kaum

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Helenes sonnigem Ferienhaus verbracht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, lässt sich gut heizen, ist sonnig, sehr sauber, alles funktioniert (Geschirrspüler, WiFi, Fernseher, Backofen, Ceranfeld-Herd, Rollos und so weiter). Dabei ist sie ruhig gelegen und verfügt über eine eigene sonnige Terasse und ein Stück Garten. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele interessante Wanderziele (Bergwanderungen, Küstenwanderungen). Ein Auto oder mindestens Fahrräder sollte man haben, um einkaufen zu gehen. Im April war der nächste Bcker ca. 1 km entfernt, der nächste gröpere Supermarkt ca. 4km. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Un bon potentiel mais des détails à améliorer

Les photos des extérieurs ne correspondent plus tout à fait à la situation (nouvelle construction, taille et aspect du jardin dédié à la location). A noter : une caution avec un montant à se faire préciser avant le séjour. Manque de soin dans les détails (jardin dédié peu attrayant, ustensiles de base qui manquent en cuisine, literie moyenne et volet de la chambre bloqué en position fermée pendant tout le séjour). Emplacement agréable (plages, région, montagnes).

jolie villa spacieuse et bien équipée

Jolie villa bien équipée, de décoration sobre, un peu froide, mais spacieuse et au calme. Voiture ou vélo nécessaire pour accès plage / commerces par températures élevées... Accès rapide à Porto Vecchio et plages prisées, mais aussi montagne et rivière. Belle situation. Climatisation très appréciable !

De très bonnes vacances!

Très belle petite villa bien équipée! (Barbecue, lave vaisselle, machine à lessiver, frigo et congélateur...) Situation adéquate : près des plages, accès rapide à la grand route qui permet d'aller partout! La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donnés de bons conseils. Tout était réuni pour des vacances réussies!

Belles vacances de paques en Corse du sud

Nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans cette agréable location du sud de la Corse, très bien située. L'accès aux plages du sud et aux montagnes est vraiment facile et rapide. On est a 10' de Porto Vecchio mais loin de son agitation. La location est très récente, claire et avec un équipement complet. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et de la proximité de la plage. Très bon accueil des propriétaires-voisins. Merci à eux.

Bon choix pour de bonnes vacances

Belle maison indépendante, neuve sur terrain assez grand, dans un quartier très calme. Location équipée, propre et entretenue, les propriétaires sont accueillants, discrets, sympas et donnent de très bon conseils sur les promenades ou les belles plages à découvrir. La plage de St Cyprien est à quelques minutes à pied, Pinarellu, Cala Rossa sont très proches. Idéale pour un couple avec 2 enfants ou 2 couples sans enfants. Porto Vecchio est à moins de 10mn en voiture, le fait d'être un peu excentré permet d'éviter les embouteillages et autres nuisances. Une belle location pour de très bonnes vacances !!

Villa indépendante neuve, très bien équipée (pas de sèche cheveux). Très propre, proche des plages, facile d'accès et calme. Très bon accueil propriétaire. Très satisfaits.
