Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants can be found in Mouans-Sartoux within 3 km of the home. The village lies between Cannes and the perfume city of Grasse. You can visit the coastal towns of Monaco, Nice, Antibes, and Juan-les-Pins as well as picturesque mountain villages like Saint-Paul-de-Vence and Valbonne. Golf lovers will find a beautiful golf course 5km away while a tennis court is located 3 km from here. There's a beach 10km away with a water sports facility. The villa has a foosball table and table tennis table. There is a covered terrace with a barbecue and a view of the enclosed swimming pool. It also has a garden. Belle villa, similaire parfaitement à l'annonce et aux photos. Nous l'avions choisie car elle correspondait à nos critères. Nous avons même eu la bonne surprise de la climatisation installée récemment dans le séjour, très appréciée avec la chaleur de cet été 2022. La configuration de la maison est très fonctionnelle surtout avec des enfants. Bonne qualité et bon état de l'équipement. Relations avec la personne responsable agréable. Je recommande. C'est un havre de paix à la porte de la ville. Voiture indispensable.

Het is een mooie villa met als groot voordeel, het zwembad met hek en sport en spel voor kinderen en volwassenen! De tafel, zitjes en Bbq zijn ideaal voor diner! De eigenaren wonen in de buurt en zijn aardig maar staan niet elke dag op de stoep ha ha. Op de bovenverdieping werd het erg warm en we hadden last van muggen, enige nadelen. Klamboe en airco zouden nog idealer zijn.

A beautiful villa in a tranquil location

The villa is situated c2.5km north of Pegomas down a quiet country lane. As per the listing, a car is required for getting out and about - with Grasse, Cannes etc all within a short drive. The villa, gardens and pool are all beautifully presented and easily accommodated all of the family (grandparents, parent and grand kids). The hosts were perfect - available when needed, but left us alone to get on with our holidays. I would highly recommend this villa and would certainly visit again.

Alles was tiptop in orde, proper en zoals op de foto's. Het huis lag wel langs een versleten weg en wat afgelegen maar dit was eerder een pluspunt. Alles kon afgesloten worden zodat het veilig was voor de kinderen die enorm genoten hebben van het zwembad en grote ruimte in huis.
