At the end of the town of Le Moule in the direction of Saint-François I rent an air-conditioned studio (delivered in 2008) for seasonal rental which is fully equipped with household appliances (fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, washing machine, TV, WI-FI, close to the beach. Private parking, electric gate. The beach is 150m from the Residence. There are restaurants and small shops. The town center of Le Moule (21,616 inhabitants) is 15 minutes' walk away. The rental can be for a week, fifteen days, a month or more. The studio is located in a Residence. In the nearby environment there is a municipal swimming pool, a nautical base (canoe, stand-up paddle), tennis courts, an equipped sports course. ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE FROM MARCH 31, 2020.
