Delightfully situated in a charming, residential, QUIET hamlet along the Rance estuary but only 5 mins from the resort of Dinard with its beaches, 8 mins from St Malo - walled city terminal ferry , 20 mins from the Medieval city of Dinan and only 40 mins by car of Mt St Michel.
This renovated 18th Century cottage with original oak beams and open fireplace, just close to the village La Richardais, is in Cancaval's cove (only 1min walk by a little path in front of the gate), at 300 metres from typical castle (Montmarin - Château des Corsaires XVIIIème, with its superb park;
It benefits of beautiful Nature surroundings, views and nearby nice walking paths (GR34 at gate) beaches (first one 1 min walk).
Large sunny enclosed private garden overlooking the Rance Estuary (1000M2). Off road parking.
Fully equipped for comfortable modern convenience: through lounge , dining-room with nice view overlooking the garden (large double glass door), fully fitted kitchen opened on the dining-room.

Idyllic little cottage, very peaceful and quiet.Great access to La Rance for open water swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding etc.Veronique is a great host and very knowledgeable about the area.Plenty of options for eating out and St Malo only 20 minutes drive away.Property doesn’t have WiFi, but mobile phone signal is strong enough for decent internet access.

Es ist eine Oase der Ruhe, kein Verkehr, von den Nachbarn hört man vollkommen nichts. Gleichzeitig ist man in wenigen Minuten in St.Malo, Dinard oder Dinan. Die Eigentümer sind einerseits stets erreichbar, gleichzeitig unsichtbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, gute Dusche, gute Matratzen. Einfache Schlafräume, das Wohnzimmer sehr gut. Da es Ende September abends kühl war, haben wir das offene Feuer im Kamin geliebt. Wir hatten hier sehr schöne Tage

Bijzonder aardige ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Stond een heerlijke lokaal gemaakte fles appelsap klaar en ze had leuke tips om te bezoeken in de omgeving. Wij hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving met mooie wandelingen aan de kust, op de fiets naar Dinan en saint-malo maar bovenal van de gastvrijheid van de gastvrouw en haar man. Dank je wel voor deze unieke ervaring.

Gite très bien situé au bord des rives de la Rance. Endroit très calme situé dans une zone naturelle

Les cités historiques de Dinan, Dinard et Saint -Malo sont très proches, ne pas oublier de les visiter, c est un régal. Le littoral nous offre de belles vues. La côte d’Emeraude doit être visitée.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr ruhige Lage, 200 Meter bis zur Rance, sehr nette Vermieter, gute Einweisung, besonders hervorzuheben ist der Garten und eine Vielzahl von deutschen TV Sendern. Zum Meer muss man allerdings mit dem Auto fahren. Dinard und Saint Malo sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Eden Cove ist ein hübsches Haus mit historischem Flair, ist idyllisch gelegen und hat einen gepflegtem Garten. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen, ob für Besichtigungen, Wanderungen oder zum Baden (bei entsprechendem Wetter). Unser Aufenthalt wurde durch den netten Empfang durch Mme. Sougy und ihre vielen guten Tipps zu einem super schönen Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen würden.

Das Haus und der Garten in La Richardais sind noch schöner, als auf den Foto dargestellt, sodaß wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Cottage pour les amoureux de la nature

Situation géographique idéale ,au calme ,00dans la verdure et pourtant à 10-20 mins des villes touristiques du littoral: Dinard , st Malo, st Briac sur mer, Dinan....grand jardin privatif arboré agréable pour observer les oiseaux et écureuils. La propriétaire nous a accueillit chaleureusement . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
