Nice garden, close to Gran Paradiso

Nice apartment with a fantastic garden filled with flowers and berries. Ideal position to explore the valleys of Gran Paradiso national Park. The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/common room. Very friendly host, Claudia was very nice and quick to help. Only little caveat is the noise from the major road and gas station just next to the house. Also the kitchen needs a microwave oven.

Appartement simple mais propre. Claudia, la propriétaire, est très sympathique. Logement en bord de voie rapide, le bruit des voitures vous bersera malheureusement pendant tout votre séjour : la route est très passante et les chambres, peu isolées, donnent directement sur la route.

Un couple très gentil et sympathique que j'accueillerais volontiers à nouveau. Je regrette que le bruit des voitures ne vous ait pas laissé profiter en plain de l’appartement. Pendant votre séjour il y a eu deux chantiers routiers et les conséquents feu-rouges en proximité de la maison; de plus, pendant votre séjour, on a subi le passage des voitures et poids-lourds à cause des fermetures nocturnes de l’autoroute dues aux travaux. Désolée que la conjonction des chantiers routiers et autoroutiers ait occasionné cette situation. Merci pour le feed-back, grâce auquel nous envisageons d’améliorer l’isolement de l’habitation.

Très beau séjour

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter les principales attractions de la vallée d’Aoste (parc Grand Paradiso, châteaux et fort, rafting sur la rivière, etc.). À une demi-heure de Courmayeur environ. Appartement modeste, mais très propre, confortable et tranquille. Ma fille et moi, nous y sommes senties en sécurité. Espace de stationnement, petit balcon fleuri et protégé du soleil où il est agréable d’y manger. Claudia, la propriétaire, nous attendait pour l’accueil. D’une grande gentillesse et disponible. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Bellissima vacanza

Casa facilmente localizzabile. La signora C laudia è stata genitlissima e discreta. Siamo partiti un giorno prima ma per fortuna aveva una disdetta per un altra casa e provvisoriamente la data per un giorno a noi. Bisona portarsi asciugamani e lenzuola e ancje necessario come caffe zucchero e necessario per colazione. In bagno c e un phon a disposizione e sul terrazzo c e uno stendino. Nonostante alcune finestre diano sulla strada principale, la notte passano pochissime macchine. la vista dal balcone dell appartento a noi assegnato è meravigliosa e nella parte interna della casa, la sera si sente scorrere la Dora. Per chi non è troppo esigente in casa si puo dire che le stoviglie principali ci sono tutte e tutto è ben pulito e ordinato.

Super lieve gastvrouw. Netjes, koel en ruim appartement. Met beschikking over balkon en toegang tot tuin. Handig gelegen voor het ontdekken van de stad Aosta, de omgeving en natuurpark Grand Paradiso. Mini-supermarkt en restaurantjes op loopafstand. Wel langs een drukke weg. Geen wifi, maar prima 4G bereik.

Semaine à Villeneuve

Claudia la propriétaire est super gentille et réactive. L'appartement est situé au village de Villeneuve, au milieu de la vallée d'Aoste, bien situé pour rayonner et visiter les différentes vallées du Gran Paradiso. L'appartement est super propre, cependant il manque de confort car le mobilier et l'équipement datent. Le gros problème, c'est le bruit de la voie rapide qui traverse la vallée juste à côté de la maison. Un court séjour serait ok.
