Close to interchange I-183 N/S & I-45 E/W is this 2 bedroom and 2 full baths in almost 1,000 square feet, this property offers a combination of comfort and convenience. It sleeps up to 8 people and it is a very comfortable modern retreat.

The unit is on the first floor with no steps and is in the prestigious Anderson Mill district in Northwest Austin. Besides vacationers, the apartment is also used for visiting business people as it is very close to employers such as Texas Instruments, Apple, Q2, eBay, PayPal, GM Innovation Center, Electronic Arts, Oracle, Visa IT, VRBO (HomeAway), Amazon, and many, many more. Anderson Mill is just aort 15-20 minute drive (allow more time during rush hour & Austin special events) to Downtown Austin. Or one can take the Metro Rail, just 1 mile from The Meadows, to and from downtown. After a great day at F1, SXSW or ACL, relax & enjoy this s shpacious apartment with a lovely enclosed private outdoor Patio. The Living Room has a Wood Burning Fireplace, 46' Flat Screen Smart TV with free cable including HBO, Showtime & Cinemax channels & DVD player, comfy fold away Sofa and a Breakfast Bar with bar stools for hanging out & being part of the conversation. The Dining Room seats 6 comfortably and Breakfast Bar seats 3. Includes free High Speed Internet @ 200 mbps & strong Net Gear WiFi inside the unit which can also be accessed from the Pool area.

The fully furnished apartment offers Keurig coffee maker w starter K-Cup coffees, Teas, Hot Chocolate, Spices, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots & pans, linens, towels and a full-size Washer & Dryer. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed with an en-suite Bath having a tub & shower. The Second Bedroom has 2 full-size beds with access to the 2nd Bath with tub & shower from the hall. Both Baths provide hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, & hair dryer. The Living Room has a Queen size Sofa Sleeper.

There is an on-site Pool & Sundeck w WiFi & BBQ area. Also there is an additional Pool located one block from the back of the property at Anderson Mill Recreation Center (call for details). The property backs up to a park with a 1 mile walking/running and bike trail.

We have stayed at this property for several years. The host is excellent, the office management team went out of their way to help make our stay very enjoyable. The weather this year wasn't the best, but we still made the most of our visit.

Really nice apartment and enough rough, the pool was a little disappointing. It was dirty and had frogs in it. It could have just been the weather. But a nice quiet place to stay.

Week long stay

The condo was perfect! It was so clean and had a wonderful homey feel to it. The beds were so comfortable. You get a reserved parking spot that is a very quick walk to the condo. The pool area is nice and right outside of the condo. We were able to get in touch with Gary very easily and he was so friendly and helpful! He even checked in while we were there to make sure everything was good. The condo has so many extras to save you from packing those items including soap, shampoo and conditioner. If we ever went to Austin again I would definitely search for Gary’s listing first.

Nice apartment unit.

We spent 3 nights there. The apartment was clean and neat. It equipped with almost everything that you needed. Gary was very responsive. One drawback was the noises in early mornings. First morning was the noise from roofing repair team and other morning were from parents and kids. I think it was still worth the money.

We stayed for three weeks due to home repairs. The location was very convenient and pleasant, and it was fun being a part of a vibrant community. Apartments are noisier than single family homes, but the neighbors stuck with designated quiet hours and were never a problem for us (we tried to be good neighbors also). The WiFi was good and my son was able to work from the included office area all three weeks. The kitchen and laundry were fine, and the beds were super comfy. The host was responsive and friendly.This apartment was a bright spot in a difficult situation.

Gary smoothed a rough entry

We arrived at check-in time (3pm) but the apartment wasn't ready due to housekeeping scheduling issues. Gary answered our call immediately. We did some sightseeing for a couple hours awaiting Gary's call. When we got in we couldn't access the wifi. Again, Gary was immediately available and fixed the problem. Other than that, we were very pleased with the apartment: everything is new and clean, beds are comfortable. It was a quiet apartment complex, even during Austin's SXSW week mid-March.

Perfect in every way

Gary’s ground floor apartment truly is perfect. It was immaculately clean and located close to a reserved parking space and the pool area. The bed was super comfortable with high end linens and generous amounts of towels and bath supplies. A full compliment of kitchen equipment was expertly organized and easy to find. The TVs and internet were easy to use with plenty of program options. We brought our dogs and they were totally happy with the private patio and dog park very nearby. This stay is the best we have ever had. We do hope to find it available when we return to Austin.

Awesome unit, location, and host!

Our family of 5 found ourselves in a weird predicament in that we needed to find somewhere to stay in the Cedar Park area 48 hours before our arrival. We came across this property online and by a stroke of luck, it was available. We figured with little research and availability we had to grab it and just accept what we got. Wow did we hit the jackpot! This property is immaculately maintained, had every single amenity imaginable (right down to the body washes/shampoos/soaps in the showers), was in a fantastic location for us in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, and even had a reserved front parking spot for us. The host, Gary, has thought of everything to make your stay as easy as possible. The internet was great, AC rocked, front door key-coded lock was wonderful, and even the little patio area was nice. Very, very clean, with a nice kitchen and dining area. Area around this complex has grocery stores and restaurants galore and everything in between. We will definitely be back when we find ourselves in this area again!

This VRBO has a great location. It’s close to UT, The Domain, movie theaters, shopping, and highways. The owner is very responsive. The unit is clean, freshly painted, and well laid out. It had a gray patio area for the dogs and the complex was dog friendly. I highly recommend this property.
