Spacious charming house with 400m2 garden and sun terrace. It is located in a quiet residential area (Saint Pierre district)
Living room of 30 m2 with lounge and 4 large bedrooms of 15 m2.
This house is 10 minutes walk from the city center and the beach and 5 minutes from the train station.

Dieppe is a Normandy seaside resort 60 km from Rouen and 180 km from Paris with a thalassotherapy center, sea water swimming pool, golf, hiking trails, fishing and marina, lively town center, daily connection with England (Dieppe Brighton)
We rent our house between 500 and 590 € per week. For the weekend between 240 and 290 €.

Großes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat vier Schlafzimmer.Es ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht.Allerdings sind Küche und Badezimmer bzw. Toilette ziemlich abgewohnt und in unseren Augen renovierungsbedürftig.Zur Lage: ruhige Wohngegend, 15 Minuten fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Ein tolles Stadthaus mitten in Dieppe!

Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt in Dieppe! Das Haus liegt super zentral, man kommt in ca. 10 - 15 min. zu Fuß ins Zentrum der netten Stadt Dieppe und an einen der schönen Normandie-Strände. Das Auto kann man stehen lassen, weil ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke sind. Man kann aber auch tolle Ausflüge in der Region machen, um sich weitere Städte, Strände, Burgen etc. anzuschauen. Das Haus hat jede Menge Platz auf drei Etagen und mit 4 Schlafzimmern, so dass man sich als Familie (in unserem Fall 2 Eltern mit 4 Kindern) auch mal etwas verteilen und aus dem Weg gehen kann. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet, und jeder findet einen Platz am großen Esstisch und in der Sofaecke am Fernseher. Den großen Garten haben wir im Herbst nicht viel genutzt, aber man hat dort auch ausreichend Platz zum Verweilen auf der Terrasse oder zum Spielen auf dem Rasen. Unser Auto konnten wir (trotz sehr großer Maße) auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem großen, schönen Haus und auch in Dieppe und der Normandie. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Woche!

Nettes Haus in Dieppe

Das Haus liegt 10 min zu Fuß von der Innenstadt und 15 min vom Strand entfernt. Einfache Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Genug Platz für 8 Personen, nett eingerichtet. Es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Schöner Garten.

Une maison très agréable à côté de tout

Nous avons séjourné entre amies dans cette charmante maison, très bien équipée (on a tout ce qu’il faut pour les fruits de mer et dans la région c’est bien utile). Les chambres sont très bien, les lits très confortables. La maison est à 15min du centre mais boulangerie et carrefour express sont à côté, il ne manque rien. Le jardin est super. La propriétaire est extrêmement agréable et gentille.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison de famille . La terrasse ensoleillée et le jardin très agréable sont un plus indéniable ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location ! Espace et confort

Maison confortable et spacieuse avec un jardin agréable et une terrasse ensoleillée. Elle est très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel calme près du centre ville et de la plage. Nous pouvons faire nos escapades à pied dans Dieppe. Cette maison est bien agencée avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Nous la conseillons à tous, à deux heures de Paris. La propriétaire et la voisine ( responsable de la maison ) sauront guider vos découvertes.

Location agréable à vivre pour des vacançes en famille. Commerces de proximité à 2mn à pied. Centre ville et plage accessibles en 15mn à pied avec des enfants. Mobilier fonctionnel. Propriétaire très adaptable pour les arrivées et départs. Sens de l'accueil et du service. Un vrai plaisir !
