OUTDOOR AREAS

The access courtyard offers several convenient parking spaces. All the panoramic terraces of the villa overlook the gulf and the Bay of San Michele di Pagana. Every floor of the villa features balconies or terraces, allowing guests to enjoy the sea breeze and sip a glass of wine while admiring the stunning sunset.

The fully fenced garden is meticulously maintained by our trusted caretaker and is adorned with a variety of trees and flowers. The swimming pool includes a shallow-water area suitable for children; furthermore, the space around the pool is flat and very comfortable, equipped with sun loungers and a charming outdoor lounge area. The pool is also served by a dependance with a service bathroom and a large shower.

Villa Cristina benefits from a wide and convenient driveway entrance, as well as a small private gate leading to a path that reaches the beaches with a pleasant 15-minute walk.

INDOOR AREAS

The house is arranged over three levels. On the ground floor there is a very bright living and dining area with access to the panoramic sea-view terraces, a lounge area, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, pantry, guest bathroom, and direct access to the garden and parking area.

All terraces are equipped with automated awnings, as well as blackout shutters.

An internal staircase leads to the second floor, which consists of two double bedrooms with sea-view balconies and en-suite bathrooms; one bedroom with a queen-size bed overlooking the garden, also with an en-suite bathroom with shower; a large laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer; and a service balcony overlooking the garden.

On the third and top floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a garden-view balcony.

Completing the property is a separate apartment with independent entrance, living room, kitchenette, double bedroom overlooking the garden, and a bathroom with shower.

The furnishings are refined down to the smallest detail. Renovated in 2019, the property is in perfect condition and features a style that blends modern and classic elements. The heated swimming pool can also be enjoyed during the cooler months.

Diffuse or worse the stay

The house is lovely. It's nice and big and we could spread out. The Property manager made sure we had everything we needed. But there are some drawbacks. The bathrooms don't have regular showers. Four of the five bathrooms have handheld showers in a bathtub which is a little difficult for Americans who are not used to it. The lighting in the kitchen is very poor and we like to cook. The utensils and pots and pans were also not great, and made it difficult to cook.

Traumhaus in toller Umgebung!

Perfekt für die größere Familie geeignet ist dieses tolle Haus mit Pool und sagenhaftem Blick aufs Meer. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einzig die nahegelegene Straße ist manchmal etwas laut. Aber wenn man nicht empfindlich ist auch kein großes Problem! Wir würden wieder kommen!

Lovely Villa, perfect holiday home!

Me and my family we spent one week at this beautiful holiday home! The view is something special, the garden is lovely and very well kept , all the rooms have sea view, only the main suite has air conditioning but the house is located on the first hill and there is always a light wind . The pool was heated enough and the weather was great! Thanks a lot for this beautiful holiday , we absolutely recommend !

Amazing house !

my family and I decided to spend five nights in this wonderful house. as soon as we entered we felt welcomed, Gaia was immediately available and helped us and advised the best places to visit. the living room is spectacular, the sea view terrace is a magical place to drink a glass of Italian wine and watch the sunset. the heated pool allowed us to swim even though the weather was quite cold! the cleanliness was impeccable, the rooms and beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. the last day my husband had fun and he cooked pizzas in the big wood oven in the garden. everything was perfect, we would have stayed more days!

amazing villa , wonderful view, friendly staff and perfect holidays!!

The villa was beautiful, completely overlooking the sea, the pool was heated and we could use it every day. The staff is very professional, always willing to help . Outside the kitchen area there's a wood-burning oven where we could cook the pizza, the kids enjoyed playing ping pong on the ground floor and running into the large garden. The house is very bright, the rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are very spacious and clean. We absolutely recommend this property , where you can relax and enjoy the sea view . Wth the help of Gaia & Paolo, the home managers , we could organize a special and romantic dinner with a professional chef ! Thanks !!!

Why they chose this property

I chose this part of Italy because I love the variety on offer. The picturesque coastal villages still take my breath away and are beautiful in every season. As I am writing this it is a November morning, one of the clear, crisp kind and I can see Corsica on the horizon. Portofino, Camogli and Santa Margherita are lovely spots on the Italian Riviera for relaxing and soaking up the sun whilst Genoa is an exciting, bustling port city full of character and history. Pisa, Milan, Florence and Torin are all within 2 hours away from this area making easy places to visit by car or train and there are daily boats running to the Cinque terre.

What makes this property unique

This particular property was refurbished last year so is in good condition with new beds, sheets and linen. Each bedroom has its own privacy and ensuite bathroom. There are very few properties in this part of Italy with a swimming pool and beaches tend to get crowded so it is nice to also have the option of relaxing and bathing in the privacy of your own garden.
