We are Jeff and Lynn Cromie from Wells, Nevada. We are die hard San Francisco Giants fans and began visiting Scottsdale during Spring Training in March 6 years ago. We fell in love with the area, the weather, the people and the amazing restaurants and nightlife in the Old Town area of Scottsdale. Each year we would carefully plan our trip down by renting somewhere in this exciting area. Finally December of 2014 we decided to look for a place to purchase. We shopped around for days and saw many condos, then on the last one scheduled to see during that trip down we walked in to 362 Camelback House and both of us knew right away it was the place for us!! A year later and we could not be happier with that decision.

Why they chose this property

Camelback House is located in a prime area and unit 362 is located in a prime location within that prime location. Our Condo is located just steps from Fashion Square Mall, and Old Town. Our balcony overlooks the beautifully landscaped pool, bbq, shuffleboard courtyard and also has a view of the spectacular Camelback Mountain.

What makes this property unique

The condo was recently remodeled with beautiful hard wood floors, amazing cabinetry, hand made entertainment center with a flat screen TV and electric fireplace for ambience and heat. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and both bathrooms have a tub and shower. The best thing is Location Location Location!!!
