Two bedroom family house in peaceful gated community with shared garden and pool. Sixteen houses surround a stunning asymmetrical pool with mature gardens and spectacular sea view. Uphill from the property is the nature reserve of Montgo mountain, with its spectacular flora and fauna. The property is a short drive (5 minutes) from the sea, and less than 10 minutes from the centre of Denia, a bustling Spanish fishing port, ripe with cafes, restaurants and culture.

C'était parfait. Beau logement spacieux et propre (mon seul regret est qu'il y avait 2 matelas et 2 parures de lit individuels pour un lit double).Accès à la piscine direct, qui était quasiment tout le temps que pour nous. Propriété tres calme avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et les montagnes à la fois. Mille merci à Michael.

Apartamento muy recomendado.

El apartamento es perfecto para unas vacaciones con niños o bebés. Está peerfectamente equipado. Estaba todo limpio y no faltaba de nada.Cualquier duda el dueño la contesta rápido. Urbanización tranquila y von vecinos muy agradables. Aquellos que aprecien mucho er la televisión española

I've picked up a few words in a lot of languages since I left Ireland, and can hold a conversation in French, German, Czech and Russian, while making myself understood in Spanish, Dutch and Swedish.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the place when we saw it and decided to jump right in. Over the years, we've made it a home from home, where we can both work, and the kids run riot splashing in the pool.

What makes this property unique

Because we have young kids, we have most of the equipment a family could need - cot, change mat, potty, bed guards, baby bath, etc. There's Freeview TV with a dozen cartoon channels, buckets of inside and outside toys, and more buckets and spades than you could ever need.
